UPDATED: Washington 2027 Rankings (Top 250) 26-50

Per usual rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. You can be an outstanding HS athlete and not project to a high level of collegiate ball. He did have an outstanding junior year, but the competition is questionable.    The big man had a nice year allowing 0 sacks and finishing with 90 pancake blocks offensively. He did well on D also making 27 tackles with 5 sacks. Rainwater is definitely making his presence known on the camp circuit.    27.[player_tooltip player_id='685276' first='Sirjewel' last='Glover'] 6-1 185 WR Rainier Beach COMMITTED: Washington St   UPDATED: Glover ran a 4.42 laser 40 at the U of Arizona camp so he could very well end up higher on the board with continued progression. Regardless, WSU got a solid commit.   Glover was a 1st team all-Metro pick at WR and CB and impressed over the offseason on the camp circuit being named the overall MVP at Idaho. Look for him to continue and garner more offers.    28.[player_tooltip player_id='1892954' first='Jayvian' last='Ferrell'] 5-9 180 RB Lake Stevens OFFERS (2) Idaho, N. Arizona   UPDATED: Ferrell will likely end up in the Big Sky and do well. From an overall talent standpoint, he's one of the best in Washington.    Washington's breakout player of the year went off, helping his team reach the state title game. For the season he rushed 178 times for 1,764 yards and 24 TDs, averaging 9.9 yards per carry. An unreal stat line for a kid with 4.48 speed.    29.[player_tooltip player_id='584671' first='Julius' last='Hernandez-Avila'] 6-2 225 DE Graham Kapowsin   UPDATED: Definitely and under the radar athlete who hasn't gotten the recruiting love he probably deserves. I foresee him adding offers late if he can continue his dominant play for a GK team that might win the state title.    The SPSL Defensive Player of the Year also earned 1st team all-state honors and left no doubt after making the move from 1A Life Christian to GK. He finished the season with 75 tackles and 4 sacks.    30.[player_tooltip player_id='1530872' first='Jordan' last='Noel'] 5-10 165 ATH Kennedy Catholic OFFERS (4) Oregon St, New Mexico, Sacramento St, Portland St   UPDATED: Noel has had a good offseason winning MVPs at collegiate camps and backing up the hype. The OSU offer is big.    Easily one of the most versatile kids in Washington. Jordy showed off his 4.43 speed by earning 1st team all-conference honors at DB and 2nd team WR accolades. He totaled 908 all-purpose yards with 11 TDs to go with 4 INTs and 8 PBU's on D.    31.[player_tooltip player_id='1368334' first='Elijah' last='Carney'] 6-2 190 ATH Lincoln COMMITTED: Eastern Washington   UPDATED: His potential is through the roof, but the early offers to Oregon and Tennessee were deceiving. EWU continues to do well with in-state recruits.    Carney had a solid junior year making 30 tackles with 3 INTs and 6 PBU's. He also caught 6 TD's offensively. He received the early big time offers, but a lot will be determined this off season from a recruitment standpoint.    32.[player_tooltip player_id='1679407' first='Seth' last='Price'] 6-1 195 WR Lake Stevens COMMITTED: Idaho   UPDATED: The Vandals got a legit talent who could play early and be one of the best in the Big Sky. It was a good move for both parties.   Price was clutch all year putting up some of the best numbers statewide while racking up 1st team all-state honors. On the season he had 56 receptions with 912 yards and 14 Tds.    33.[player_tooltip player_id='1599631' first='Ashton' last='Pillard'] 6-4 220 TE Sumner OFFERS (2) San Diego St, Montana St   UPDATED: It's been somewhat quiet for Pillard from a recruiting standpoint but the kid can play. He will be a featured athlete for 2x state champ Sumner this season.    Pillard was a 1st team all-league selection, putting up some of the best numbers in the NW among TE's. For the year he caught 29 passes for 303 yards and a TD for the state champs.    34.[player_tooltip player_id='1368366' first='Malik' last='Burns'] 6-1 180 WR/DB Graham Kapowsin COMMITTED: Eastern Washington   UPDATED: Burns made the move from Spanaway Lake to GK for his senior season after being one of the school's all time leaders in multiple statistical categories. Credit to EWU for seeing the talent as universities have been late to the party on him.    Maybe I'm missing something, but Burns looks like one of the most under recruited kids in the region thus far. He had another big year setting two school records, while finishing with 52 receptions for 739 yards and 11 TDs.    35.[player_tooltip player_id='1369680' first='Dalton' last='Stevens'] 6-3 285 G Mark Morris   UPDATED: Another kid I have been really high on over the years. He's definitely a guard/center at the next level with the film speaking for itself. If he ends up at a D2 he could be an All American.    I really like Stevens and what he brings to the table. He is 3x all league, all region lineman who has allowed only 1 1/2 sacks over the last three seasons. I see him as a D1 FCS interior guy.    36.[player_tooltip player_id='1659062' first='Parker' last='Stewart'] 6-4 235 OL/DE Kelso   UPDATED: Nemec and I both really like Stewart and his upside. He hasn't necessarily gotten a bunch of love on the recruiting front but we think it could come late with a good senior season.    UPDATED: Stewart had a breakout year on the defensive side of the ball, racking up 1st team all GSHL accolades. His quickness and ability to maneuver coming off the edge will make him a viable recruit at the D1 level.    You have to like the genes with his 6-7 brother Payton Stewart playing on the offensive line at Michigan St. Parker did well as a sophomore earning 2nd team all GSHL honors. His projection will depend on continued growth and what type of film he puts together as a junior.    37.[player_tooltip player_id='2213874' first='William' last='Wilson'] 6-4 235 LB Archbishop Murphy OFFERS (3) Idaho, Eastern Washington, Portland St   UPDATED: The big LB upped his stock significantly over this past year, landing multiple offers from Big Sky's. ABM loses a bunch of D1 talent to graduation so he will have a prominent role to play after winning last year's state title in convincing fashion.    38.[player_tooltip player_id='2158450' first='Adonai' last='Ve'e'] 6-0 225 LB O'Dea    UPDATED: Just a really good football player, but it hasn't necessarily translated on the recruiting front yet. There are very few players who look better on film, but size is a question mark.    Ve'e made the move from Kentwood to O'Dea and was a huge factor in the Irish' success. He was a 1st team all-Metro selection with the film speaking to his instincts and overall ability.    Some of the best film in the state. Ve'e plays at a different speed but is still one of WA's most underrated defenders in my opinion. As a sophomore he earned 1st team all-conference honors, making 91 tackles, with 4 sacks, and 21 tackles for loss.    39.[player_tooltip player_id='1733964' first='Daniel' last='Haynes'] 6-3 190 WR/DB Rainier Beach OFFERS (3) Idaho, Sac St, E. Washington   UPDATED: Haynes decommitted from Idaho back in June and does have a lot of recruiting appeal with his size. Rainier Beach has a bunch of D1 guys, and there will be eyes everywhere this season.    I would expect Haynes to have a big year with FSP on the 7v7 circuit after a successful 2025 campaign that saw him make 50 tackles with 4 PBU's. He's a big DB that provides options in the secondary.     40.[player_tooltip player_id='1792192' first='Raymond' last='Preston Lagat'] 6-2 185 ATH/DB Graham Kapowsin COMMITTED: Portland St   UPDATED: One of Washington's fastest risers. This is a big get for PSU. He made 30+ tackles last year for GK and has had one of the best offseasons of any DB in the region.    41.[player_tooltip player_id='1916941' first='Aidan' last='Muilenburg'] 6-6 215 TE/Edge OFFERS (1) Cornell   UPDATED: The big man had an outstanding offseason on the camp circuit and as part of FSP. The 6-6 frame and all league honors on both sides of the football help put an exclamation point on his overall versatility.    42.[player_tooltip player_id='2087218' first='Noah' last='Smith'] 6-0 185 QB Puyallup   UPDATED: I could see Smith climbing the rankings board quickly if he once again dominates the state at QB. Big Sky's are paying close attention.    As most know Smith had a breakout season, passing for 2,230 yards in 9 games with 33 TD's and 2 INTs for a Puyallup team that dominated for most of the year. Look for him to excel as part of FSP on the 7v7 circuit.    43.[player_tooltip player_id='2065191' first='JayLinn' last='Haywood'] 6-3 295 DL/OL Kennedy Catholic   UPDATED: The versatile lineman showed up at the largest event on the west coast (Northwest Collegiate Showcase- at Western Oregon) and left no doubt winning MVP honors. He was a unanimous selection by the coaches just to put that into perspective.    Haywood should be considered one of the top two-way lineman in the state of WA earning 1st team all NPSL honors on both sides of the football. He will likely project more on D, while also being one of the state's best in the shotput.    44.[player_tooltip player_id='1188104' first='Royce' last='Miller'] 6-0 205 RB Kennedy Catholic COMMITTED: Portland St   UPDATED: It's all about staying healthy and showing off that speed. If he does both those things the sky's the limit. This is another big commitment for Portland St.    Bottom line Miller has elite speed, so he will have a chance at the next level. He will need to get himself out on the camp circuit to show what he can do.    45.[player_tooltip player_id='1691682' first='Jack' last='Fournier'] 6-4 240 TE Camas OFFERS (2) Dartmouth, Cornell   UPDATED: Fournier makes the move from Mountain View in Vancouver to Camas HS, which seems like a great situation for him. He made 55 tackles with 9 TFL's and 3 sacks, to go with 4 TDs on 23 receptions for a Thunder team that didn't win a game last year.    46.[player_tooltip player_id='1188132' first='Leo' last='Harnetiaux'] 6-3 210 QB Seattle Prep   UPDATED: Harnetiaux had a quality season being named a 1st team all conference QB. He hit on 63% of his passes for 2,041 yards and 24 TDs/5 INTs. From a projection standpoint, a lot will depend on what he does this off season on the camp circuit.    Harnetiaux played behind Metro League Offensive POY Beau Oaksmith, and should be the guy leading a good Seattle Prep program the next two seasons. He has D1 genes and has added some size, so expectations are high.    47. Junior Leapai 6-3 320 OL Auburn OFFERS (1) Colorado St   UPDATED: The big interior lineman got the early offer from CSU back in January, but it's been relatively quiet since. Regardless he's one of the best OL in Washington with something to prove this coming season after being a 1st team all NPSL selection last year.    48.[player_tooltip player_id='1228770' first='Rhett' last='Huber'] 6-6 270 T Bellevue OFFERS (1) San Diego   UPDATED: Huber missed 5 games but did relatively well in his return. He's still raw but has a lot of potential with a high ceiling. This will be a crucial off season for him to show what he can do.    49. [player_tooltip player_id='2213880' first='Mason' last='Emil'] 6-6 235 DE Mount Rainier COMMITTED: Portland St   UPDATED: Emil had an impressive offseason significantly upping his stock. He made his recent commitment to PSU, which could end up being a big win-win for him and the university, depending on his progression.    50. [player_tooltip player_id='1671389' first='Teaven' last='Jones'] 6-1 205 OLB Mount Tahoma    UPDATED: The record breaking OLB has gotten a bunch of small school love, but that's about it as of right now. He's a D2/FCS guy in my opinion.    Jones broke the all-time state sack record this past year with 20.5 sacks and 87 total tackles. He was the conference POY and a 1st team all-state selection, helping his team to the 3A title game. The kid can flat out play.
