He is a long strider that can chunk yards downfield, shows he can highpoint the ball and box out smaller defenders and is a true mismatch in the slot or outside. After the catch he is extremely physical, looks for contact and has some wiggle as well with very impressive open field speed to run away from defenders. Goodman has the ideal frame and athletic mold for the position at the FCS+ level and recently picked up his first offer from Eastern Washington. He shows a nice pocket presence and can use his legs to evade pressure while keeping his eyes downfield at all times. In the pocket, he stands tall and is not afraid to take a shot to deliver the ball and has nice zip and spin on his throws at the first two levels with a big time arm downfield with proper touch and velocity on his throws. He is a fast and explosive linebacker that is everywhere on the field, closing in space and knifing into the backfield with ease. He is a very high IQ kid that can chase down ball carriers backside, packs a punch when filling gaps inside the tackles and moves well laterally with change of direction and some twitch when rushing the passer as well. He is a downhill and very physical runner that shows contact balance and fluidity through traffic while having good vision to see cutback lanes and has a nice first and second level burst. He shows he can run over tacklers in the hole or make them miss with some short area twitch and lateral quickness in the hole and is a natural pass catcher out of the backfield as well. Overall, he is a very balanced back with a strong build and is going to be a very nice steal at the NAIA/D2 range and is inline for a monster senior season for Sutter. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
