He recently attended Dartmouth's prospect camp on July 10th and had plans of attending Cornell's prospect camp on July 11th. There's a lot to like about him as a pass rusher off the edge. Hirai uses his quickness, not so much moves, to beat tackles to the quarterback. What I like more is his ability to fight through double-teams to make plays on either the quarterback or the running back. Kramer is a north-south runner who finishes with power. Expect Johnson to be in attack mode once again from both his middle linebacker position and off the edge. This is one physical dude. There's a play at the 50-second mark of his 2025 highlights where he blows up the linebacker and makes the tackle on the running back in the backfield. Johnson is a strong tackler who doesn't get caught up in traffic. He shares carries with two other backs, and I think McIver gives Urbana a nice change-of-pace when he gets the ball. He's got some shiftiness to him and has a nice initial burst once he turns upfield. Finishes runs with power, keeps his legs moving. Doesn't go down from the first contact. He recently camped at Columbia back on July 8th. It should be clear by now that the strength of Urbana's defense is its front seven. Sipe must do a lot of film study because as soon as the ball is snapped, it doesn't take him long at all to react to what he sees and close in on the running back or the quarterback. He's also a very effective blitzer. Explodes on his read step. Versatile safety who can play in the box against the run or come down and cover the slot receiver in the passing game. I have to give him credit. He's not the biggest safety, but when he comes downhill to make a stop on a running back, he's not afraid to put his nose in there and make a solid tackle in space. Afonso does a good job of reacting quickly to any receivers that either catch or try to catch a football in front of him.
