Louisville Loading Up For 2026 Season

They are used to getting it done at least every other year since 2018. All he does is make plays. His coaches trust him to be a player they can look to on offense and defense. There has been talk going around that he may be playing quarterback for his team this season. If that is true, that means they will have one less playmaker in the receiver group. That should not be a problem for the Wildcats.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1237165' first='Ayden' last='Coleman']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Coleman has committed to Mississippi State. He is a 2027 stud on this team who is known for making plays all over the field. Coleman has been contributing to his varsity team since he was an underclassman. Fear was never something his coaches had to worry about with Coleman. He brings an attitude to the field that lets you know he wants all the smoke. This is going to be another big season for him.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='447349' first='Zaiden' last='Jernigan']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We all know that Jernigan is going to be problem. Nobody is expecting the coaches to put the load on him right away. Jernigan has been taking care of an injury that caused him to not be able to finish their last playoff game of the 2025 season. There are going to be a lot of chances for him to make some things happen this year. Fans are ready to see him back at 100 percent. He is a kid who a lot of schools are after. Jernigan is also one of the top ranked players in the nation for the 2028 class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1421312' first='Kentrell' last='Haynes']</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Haynes is an incredible player on offense for Louisville. During last season, he is one of the guys on offense who was making things happen for the Wildcats. Fans are expecting him to be another big player on their offense again this season. He is a good route runner who makes it hard on defensive backs. Haynes already knows he wants to go out and score a lot of touchdowns next season.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
