2027 Offseason Notebook: QB's With New Offers

The 2027 Re-Ranks will be coming in just over a week. There will be over 600 Players that find themselves ranked in the newest edition of the Rankings. He Stands at 6'3" 185-Pounds, showcasing a good frame for a Qb. He can afford to add more weight. He holds one offer from Bethany College. </li> </ul>   Lindstrom is a strong prospect who competes on a high level team at Canisius. I like his film, and his 7v7 tape as well shows good promise. He has a strong arm, which is used at all three levels, and on display with a good IQ, allowing him to thread the ball into tight windows. He moves through progressions well, and his mechanics and footwork show good promise and he understands the motions of playing the QB Position.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Moving down the list to [player_tooltip player_id='1352971' first='Anthony' last='D'Acunto']. The Staten Island and St. Peters prospect, has two offers from Wagner and Lamar. He stands at 6'1" 195-Pounds, showcasing a solid frame for a QB prospect. </li> </ul>   D'Acunto is a QB who I really like, and he does fall under the radar, becoming underrated. He has a high IQ, and moves around the pocket well keeping himself out of trouble. He showcases good legs, and can escape for big time gains. He has a strong arm, with reps launching the bal over 40+ yards. His mechanics and footwork are solid, and he shows the ability to improve his throws by changing his arm angle and motion. Overall, D'Acunto, is an excellent rising QB who shows good promise, and should pick up a few more offers before he graduates.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Heading up to Section Four, we take a look at Vestal High School prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1425908' first='Joshua' last='Kweller']. Kweller holds one offer from Carleton College at the D3 Level. He has a solid frame standing at 6'0" 175-Pounds.</li> </ul>   Kweller has solid footwork, and he keeps control of the ball while navigating through the pocket. he has a strong arm, and can hit all three levels of the field, with a majority of throws coming at the mid-range-deep accuracy range. He has good anticipation, and he can throw receivers open leading to big plays. I see Kweller as a solid QB who should pick up some more D3, D2 offers, and can potentially grab a D1 offer with a huge season this year.     <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Maldonado is a talented Section 9 QB who I think can easily be the top prospect in the Lower Hudson Valley. He holds one offer from St. John Fisher College in upstate NY, and stands at 6'1" 170-Pounds. He can look to add additional weight to help fill out his frame. </li> </ul>   Maldonado is a true dual-threat prospect who excels at play creation. He keeps the pocket clean, and limits turnovers with the ball in his hands. He has excellent footwork, along with good legs. He utilizes his speed and legs to avoid pressure and creates plays with his legs. He also can run for big time gains, and is a tough to tackle prospect. He can throw players open and stands tall in the pocket delivering strikes down field. Over the shoulder he has excellent accuracy on his throws, and shows elite level strength and accuracy on his throws.
