. The Staten Island and St. Peters prospect, has two offers from Wagner and Lamar. He stands at 6’1″ 195-Pounds, showcasing a solid frame for a QB prospect.
D’Acunto is a QB who I really like, and he does fall under the radar, becoming underrated. He has a high IQ, and moves around the pocket well keeping himself out of trouble. He showcases good legs, and can escape for big time gains. He has a strong arm, with reps launching the bal over 40+ yards. His mechanics and footwork are solid, and he shows the ability to improve his throws by changing his arm angle and motion. Overall, D’Acunto, is an excellent rising QB who shows good promise, and should pick up a few more offers before he graduates.

has a tremendous amount of arm talent, which simply jumps off the film at you. Given that, if a play did break down, D’Acunto had the talent to make throws on the run with touch. Fitting the football into the tightest windows is no stranger. He can drive throws outside the numbers and into the intermediate and deep areas of the field. Given these points, the velocity where the ball comes out of his hands was electric to see. Stepping up and delivering a strike to move the chains would shine on tape. Meanwhile, when his first read wasn’t available, he showed the poise to work through progressions and find his second or even third option. By all means, extending plays with his legs was a major point of emphasis.

A talented QB to watch on tape who can play the QB position with anticipation, calmness, and athleticism with his legs. Can make a variety of throws on the football field and has a powerful arm to push the ball with accuracy and velocity. D’Acunto’s passes were accurately placed in the corner of the end zone for his receivers with fluid touch. D’Acunto loves to run with the football, as he was able to make a number of defenders miss tackles in spaces. This is a very talented QB that is on the rise to watch.
