A current senior at Annapolis Area Christian. 3.5 GPA, looks like a highly recruitable prospect, likely a scheme-fit dependent type of prospect, have to find a coaching staff willing to develop a prospect who is just now starting to dabble with the sport of football. Has a Central State offer under his belt, unsure if this is for basketball or football, either or wouldn't surprise me. <br><br>Has a unverified 40 time of 4.55, huge if done in front of coaches this summer. Started as a junior without prior football experience. The allure is obvious, outstanding build, an uber athletic frame that can move well in space, a candidate for an uptick in recruiting. Tape is about three minutes long. Hand-off-the-dirt comfortable OLB/EDGE type with a speed setup. The rawness is evident, pad-level is consistently high, but can't knock both his physical skill set and production. There are plenty of areas to improve on, yet this kid is already ahead of others with much more experience to their names in the state. Closing speed isn't bad, he looks loose and flexible. Would love to learn if he's working on counter ability, what can he do against seasoned and equally athletic tackles? Ended his junior year with just under 800 yards of production on the back of four scores. Earned MIAA honors post-season. <br><br>Unoffered to my knowledge, although I'm new to covering the area and AC program, could be wrong here. Ton of production via reading lanes opening up between the tackles. 5'8, so acceleration skills take a hit due to lack of stride, yet he still was able to outrun DB angles once he cut into second levels. The first two runs on Cutchember's tapes are good ones, nothing coming easy, big runs are had reading lanes inside/out, running through arm tackles and hitting the gas. I appreciate his efforts in showcasing his willingness to block in the pocket, proves toughness, in my opinion. First step after hand-off is good, going to have to prove long-speed to coaches. Like that he can work out of a few different schemes/looks, witnessed running off-tackle, witnessed running out of tight formations as well as out of Gun. Dependent on how his H/W fluctuates, it will likely determine his future collegiate home and position. <br><br>Unoffered, has posted some impressive weight lifting numbers in recent past. Lack of substantial tape is an issue. Has a brief 2024 tape, with just two single-game cut-ups to be had for coaches to peek into representing his 2025 Fall season. If Ocran wants to pursue football at the next level, he's going to have to add to his Hudl as a soon-to-be senior. Size might constrain some of his alignment versatility. Love the temperament and aggression the young man plays with, opponents are going to feel his tackles and production. Tone setter. Great finisher in the open-field thanks to better than anticipated agility. Kid probably impresses in a combine-like setting.
