Underclassmen Report: 5 NEW 2029s on Our List

Welcome back!   We're bringing you a new Underclassmen Report this morning, where we will watch and evaluate some of the early talent we've discovered across the state's 2029 class.   You'll want to stick around and see these guys film for yourselves. This group of prospects have already shown tons of potential in their early high school careers!    [player_tooltip player_id='2129756' first='Kaleb' last='Burrell'] is a talented up-and-coming WR from Alma Bryant who really impressed in his freshman season.   "Burrell is a well rounded pass catcher who can attack and find success at every level of the field. He's quick on his feet, runs good routes and gains consistent separation, and has the hands and ball skills to track and haul in difficult catches through heavy coverage.   I'm really impressed with Burrell's ability to improvise. If his QB starts to roll out of the pocket, you can count on Burrell to adjust and find open space to bring in the ball. He's a reliable option in Alma Bryant's passing game already, and has showed a bunch of good things on tape from his first year."   I really liked what I saw in Burrell's game. I think he could have a breakout second year this upcoming fall, if you look at his tape below you'll be impressed:      Johnathan Hampton is a talented QB from Pelham who showed some serious skill in his freshman season.   "Hampton stands tall in the pocket at 6'2 180 and has the arm strength, accuracy, and mobility to create a ton of huge plays in Pelham's passing game. He can push the ball downfield, has great touch and ball placement on his passes, and can throw from inside the pocket and on the move.   Hampton is great at protecting the ball. He has a tendency to get rid of it quickly, and can make throws under pressure as well, rarely taking sacks for loss. When you pair that with his arm talent, there's a lot to be excited for with Hampton's future. We're going to have to keep watching him."   Hampton put together some impressive clips from his first season, be sure to take a look for yourself below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1594154' first='Garrett' last='Robinson'] is a talented ATH who's made plays at EDGE/LB and WR for Central early on in his career.   Offensively, Robinson is a contested catch specialist who dominates opposing DBs with his size and catch radius. If you're in the red zone, just throw it up to Robinson and he's going to come down with it. His athleticism and physicality and the catch point completely separate him with DBs in his age group.   Defensively, Robinson can produce both on and off the line of scrimmage. He's physical at the line, can fight through blocks, and has the pursuit, speed, and tackling skills to track and take down the ballcarrier anywhere on the field. Robinson's versatility is his best trait, it's going to be exciting watching this kid over the next few years."   I think Robinson has a bright future ahead at Central. You can easily see the early potential in his tape below:      [player_tooltip player_id='2086429' first='Aiden' last='Molette'] is an up-and-coming LB from Oak Mountain who really impressed in his first season.   "Molette is a talented and intelligent defender who sees the field really well. Molette is great at identifying plays and has the sideline to sideline speed to fly around and create stops every down.   He's especially impressive at defending the run, he takes great angles, wraps up well, and doesn't allow for any extra yards after he initiates contact. I think I'm most impressed with Molette's effort and motor, he plays through the whistle every snap and does whatever he can to help his team create stops."   Molette put together some really impressive tape from his first season. I think he has a big second season ahead, in the meantime be sure to watch his tape below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1703912' first='Caleb' last='Weeden'] is an seriously impressive WR from Auburn who has a BRIGHT future ahead.   "Weeden is an explosive threat outside who plays with a ton of speed and quickness and has the hands, ball skills, and versatility to dominate secondaries. Weeden can easily fight through coverage and contact for the ball, and is a dangerous threat after the catch who can easily evade and outrun entire defenses.   When you see how good Weeden is at blocking, it really illustrates just how complete of a player he is. He's great at clearing up space for his teammates on run plays, and really does whatever he can to benefit his offense as a whole on each down. I really think Weeden is going to be a star at Auburn.
