Top 2027 Prospects Land First Offers

The 6-foot-5, 210-pound Class of 2027 quarterback looks the part with the frame to get stronger in a college weight program. Carmichael has a big arm with a quick release, good accuracy deep and velocity between the hashes. Very good touch-pass thrower. He recorded 2,629 yards passing with 26 passing touchdowns last year and led 1A ball in yardage. He does a great job of wrapping up without overextending, plays within his frame, and can deliver some heavy hits. Displays good ball skills and has the ability to flip the field after interceptions. Sanders picked up his first offer from Franklin College over the past week. Flows to the ball well, has potential to have a breakout senior year. Girton can work on his own over the middle of the field and create opportunities after the catch. He is a high-academic prospect who picked up an offer from Depauw most-recently.
