The offseason is often where recruiting momentum begins. Whether through 7v7 competition, camp performances, or continued physical development, these 2027 prospects have consistently put together strong showings over the past several months.

Joseph Howard | ATH | 2027 | Lakeland | @jokerwondr

Howard has successfully carried his Friday night production into the offseason, continuing to prove he's one of the more explosive athletes in Central Florida. His speed shows up immediately, whether stretching the field offensively or creating game-changing plays in space. Every time he's touched the football this offseason, he's demonstrated the ability to flip field position. With another productive season at Lakeland, Howard should continue climbing recruiting boards.

Devin Coleman | ATH | 2027 | Jones | @Devcole10

Coleman has taken a noticeable physical step forward since last season, and it's translated directly onto the field. Offensively, he continues running crisp routes while consistently catching the football in traffic. Defensively, his versatility remains valuable, highlighted by a game-sealing interception during offseason competition. The confidence and consistency continue trending upward, making Coleman a prospect worthy of increased recruiting attention.

[player_tooltip player_id='2122459' first='Bryan' last='Bynes'] | WR | 2027 | Monarch | @bryanbynes1

Bynes continues proving to be one of the more dependable receivers in the class. His route discipline, reliable hands, and ability to find open space consistently keep drives alive. While he has enough speed to threaten defenses vertically, what stands out most is his consistency. Quarterbacks trust him because he's routinely where he's supposed to be, making him a valuable target on every down.

Jayden Rivers | WR | 2027 | Sarasota | @RiversJayd51820

Rivers has been one of the more productive slot receivers I've watched this offseason. He creates separation with polished route running, quick feet, and efficient breaks at the top of his routes. His ability to uncover quickly underneath makes him a difficult matchup, and he consistently found ways to move the chains throughout offseason competition.

Maurice Carter | ATH | 2027 | Palmetto | @MauriceC_5

Few players elevated their stock more than Carter this offseason. He earned Offensive MVP honors at The Finale after leading 5 Star Legends to a championship, showcasing the explosiveness that makes him such a dangerous playmaker. Carter consistently flips the field with the football in his hands and has the burst to turn routine touches into explosive plays. His performance should have plenty of college programs taking a closer look entering the fall.

Javion Blunt | WR | 2027 | Dunnellon | @jav00_17

At 6-4, 185 pounds, Blunt possesses one of the more intriguing physical profiles in Florida's 2027 class. His length immediately stands out, giving him an impressive catch radius and clear boundary receiver potential. He consistently finishes through contact, attacks the football at its highest point, and shows encouraging body control. As he continues adding strength, his ceiling only becomes higher.

Jaden Torres | ATH/DB | 2027 | Cooper City | @JadenTorres27

Torres has impressed with his motor and versatility throughout the offseason. He's capable of contributing on either side of the football, but his long-term upside may be highest in the secondary. He attacks downhill, breaks aggressively on the football, and continues developing into a potential lockdown defensive back. With continued physical development and another strong varsity season, Torres is a prospect deserving of more recruiting attention heading into the fall.
