With the season only a little over two months away, I wanted to take a first look at some of the ranked prospects in the 2028 class. Today is Part 3.

Cameron is a solid zone coverage defensive back who can line up at both safety and cornerback. Showed great ball skills in a short amount of plays (four interceptions and two pass breakups. Cameron has good zone awareness and is quick to react and make tackles in short-area situations (e.g., a bubble screen where he makes a quick read from a few yards away from the receiver and makes the tackle near the line of scrimmage). Limited reps, but looks smooth in his backpedal. Also fluid when transitinioning out of his backpedal. Good job with route recognition based on the plays shown in his highlights (defended against fade, bubble, dig, and post routes). Would like to see more of how he looks when it comes to recovery speed and deep ball tracking.

At 6-4, 280-pounds, he has the ideal length for the position. Fleetwood's combination of long arms and strong hands are on display when he's either stonewalling or pancaking defenders. In the pass protection highlights, he holds up well and sustains blocks. On a couple of plays, Fleetwood shows he has the agility to pull and hit moving targets either near the line or on the second-level. Gets a nice short-area burst on run blocks. Does a good job of finishing plays, as noted by the few pancakes in his highlights. Great physical tools. I think he should clean up his highlights just a little bit by identifying himself earlier in plays.

His highlights show him playing both wide receiver and defensive back, so don't mind me leaning a little towards wide receiver with this one. Hard to deny his playmaking ability. Not a burner but he definitely has long speed and a nice stride (as shown in one highlight where he takes the handoff on a jet sweet and scores from 70 yards out). Now, I won't ignore the fact that he does have three interceptions within the first 10 plays of his highlights. There's another play where he the ability to make defenders pay for missing a tackle on him in open space. Schneider catches a 5-yard hitch, turns, makes the corner miss, and runs it in from 30-plys yards out for a touchdown. Has a good catch radius and shows that he can adjust to the ball in stride. For him, hopefully he's added some weight and strength to his frame.

He's listed as a wide receiver/defensive back but played running back and linebacker during the 2025 season. Since his highlights leaned towards running back, that's where I'm headed with this evaluation. Snow is a patient runner who uses blocks and the sideline well. Has nice leg drive, keeps his feet moving after initial hits. Not the biggest back, but runs hard and finishes stronger (there's one play where he runs someone over at the goal line for a touchdown). Based on the plays I watched, he'd fit nicely in a zone-run type of offensive scheme. Does a good job of setting up defenders and making them miss on the second level. I think he has some good short-area burst and juke ability. Snow is 5-9, 190-pounds, so he does have a compact build. Would like to see more before I evaluate his inside running ability.
