Jacorie Thomas brings an intriguing set of physical tools to the quarterback position. The 2027 Pine Forest (FL) signal caller has a long, lean frame and the kind of athleticism that gives coaches plenty to work with moving forward, highlighted by a strong 4.69 40. During throwing sessions, Thomas showed the ability to vary his ball placement and pace, delivering passes with velocity when needed while also demonstrating touch to layer throws over defenders. His over-the-top release helped him generate good drive on the football, and there were flashes throughout the day that pointed to his developmental upside. Thomas remains a raw prospect, but the athletic traits and arm talent make him an interesting quarterback to follow as he continues to develop.

2027 Buckhorn WR Bryan Durodola backed up his athletic profile with a strong on-field performance at the Faulkner University prospect camp. He was one of the top testers in attendance, posting a 4.65 40 and a 4.34 shuttle, and those movement skills translated directly into positional work. Durodola projects naturally as a slot receiver, where his burst and short-area explosiveness can create consistent separation. He showed the ability to sink his hips efficiently at the top of routes and quickly accelerate out of his breaks. Combined with his speed and quickness, that route-running ability makes him a tough cover for defensive backs.

2027 Cleburne WR Cade Shubert was one of the most impressive athletes in attendance at the Faulkner University prospect camp. He turned in the fastest 40-yard dash of the day at 4.56 seconds while also posting an outstanding 4.31 shuttle. At 6'3, Shubert pairs length with high-end athleticism, giving him a physical profile that is easy to project at the next level. He glides across the field with effortless movement ability and shows good burst out of his release. The combination of size, speed, and overall athletic upside should put him firmly on the radar of college programs as he heads toward his senior season.

2027 Selma WR Blaine Scott showcased some of the best short-area athleticism at the Faulkner University prospect camp. Scott posted an elite 4.15 shuttle, the top mark recorded during the event, and that explosiveness was easy to spot during position work. He is a twitchy mover who changes direction effortlessly, allowing him to get in and out of breaks with very little wasted motion. His burst out of cuts consistently created separation, and his suddenness made him a difficult matchup throughout 1-in-1s.

2027 Clay-Chalkville WR Cayden Farris lived up to his "Flash" nickname during a strong performance at the Faulkner University prospect camp. His testing numbers backed it up, posting a 4.67-second 40-yard dash and a 4.41 shuttle while showcasing the athleticism that makes him an intriguing playmaker. Though not the biggest receiver in attendance, Farris consistently stood out with his fluid movement skills and ability to change direction without losing momentum. He gets in and out of breaks naturally, creating separation with quickness and suddenness.

2027 Clay-Chalkville RB Cayden McGhee emerged as the top running back prospect to know from the Faulkner University prospect camp in my eyes. McGhee paired strong testing numbers, including a 4.72 40 and 4.5 shuttle, with an impressive on-field showing throughout the day. While he may not possess a big frame, he makes up for it with quick feet, lateral agility, and the ability to change direction in an instant. His short-area quickness was evident whenever he worked in space during positional drills. McGhee's blend of shiftiness, acceleration, and movement skills made him one of the more impressive players at the camp.

2027 Florala WR [player_tooltip player_id='2172514' first='Greyson' last='West'] turned in one of the better all-around athletic testing performances at the Faulkner University prospect camp, posting a 4.75-second 40-yard dash and a 4.57 shuttle. His straight-line speed showed up throughout the day, particularly when working vertically and challenging defensive backs down the field. West also offers some positional versatility, with the ability to line up in the backfield and utilize a decisive one-cut-and-go running style to create chunk plays. The athletic traits were evident from start to finish, and his combination of speed and versatility makes him a prospect that small college programs should take a closer look at moving forward.
