Prep Redzone DAK Showcase Preview: DBs to Know Tomorrow

Sioux Falls Jefferson has already become a hotbed for defensive backs in my eyes and although Mason might be undersized at the moment, he plays with a great presence as a corner that thrives in press-man and has great instincts for his age. Off his first look on tape, I like the position flexibility Caleb brings in the Chargers secondary as he saw time at safety and corner as a sophomore at Sioux Falls Christian, as well as quality reps on specials teams. This young man has what appears to show overwhelming length with his ball-tracking ability that trends well on tape especially on deep routes. Habonimana also has the quick twitch you want to see on short routes to tread downhill to the football as one that releases a boom when you watch his tackling ability a few times on tape. It doesn't take long to see how well-versed Ivan is from a footwork perspective as he's quick with his positioning utilzing that foowork to his advantage especially on deep and intermediate routes. I am intrigued by the accelarator Ivan has getting downhill to the ball, as he's got burner-like speed that picks up steam quickly. Surely intirgued to get a live eval on this young man tomorrow, as he could be another favorite from this DB group.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
