The Class of 2029 quarterbacks are starting to emerge in a way that's hard to ignore this early in their careers. While still young in their development, you can already see flashes of real arm talent, athletic ability, and natural feel for the position showing up across the group. Some are winning with quick releases and timing, others are creating plays outside the pocket with their legs, but all of them are beginning to show traits that translate at the next level. As they continue to gain experience through camps, 7-on-7, and offseason work, this group is starting to take shape and it won't be long before more names start separating themselves as leaders of the class.

Ty only played in five games last season, but still put up 1,030 passing yards with 10 touchdowns and just 3 interceptions while showing flashes of why so many programs are high on him. He's a natural ball spinner that makes throwing the football look effortless. The arm talent is off the charts whether it's driving passes outside the numbers, layering throws over defenders, or taking deep shots downfield, Ty has the ability to make throws a lot of quarterbacks simply can't.

What makes him even more intriguing is how calm and confident he looks running the offense. He doesn't panic when the pocket gets tight and has a feel for creating plays while keeping his eyes downfield. With 33 Division I offers already on the table, the attention is clearly there, and this upcoming season feels like a major opportunity for Ty to take another big step forward and show just how high his ceiling really is.

https://twitter.com/TySnellQB1/status/2001450827181945002?s=20

Logan continues to show why he's becoming one of the more talked about quarterbacks in the class. Finished the season with 2,478 passing yards, 147 completions on 235 attempts, and 27 touchdowns while showing the ability to make every throw on the field. His arm talent jumps out right away he can drive the football into tight windows, throw with touch over the top of defenders, and push the ball deep without needing to force it. Logan does a good job changing speeds on his throws and keeps receivers in position to make plays after the catch.

What also stands out is how comfortable he looks when pressure starts closing in. He stays poised, keeps his eyes downfield, and trusts his arm to make plays outside the structure of the offense. Schools like Arkansas, Baylor, Colorado, Kentucky, Michigan, South Carolina, and TCU have already offered, and it's easy to see why college staffs are keeping a close eye on him heading into the 2026 season.

Jerico may still be waiting on his growth spurt at 5'9, but his game already speaks for itself. Threw for 2,224 passing yards with 36 touchdowns and only 7 interceptions while showing he's more than capable of leading an offense at a high level. One thing that stands out right away is how comfortable he is under center. He plays with confidence, stays composed in pressure situations, and does a good job getting the ball out on time.

Jerico has a quick release, throws with touch, and understands how to attack defenses instead of forcing plays. He's the type of quarterback that continues to produce no matter the situation, and his feel for the game keeps showing up every week. Don't be surprised if Jerico starts rising quickly soon, because the production, poise, and overall quarterback instincts are hard to ignore

Jaylan brings a real dual-threat element to the quarterback position, and it shows in how he puts pressure on defenses both through the air and with his legs. Finished with 2,763 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, and 8 interceptions while consistently keeping his offense moving and creating explosive plays.

As a passer, Jaylan shows solid control of the offense and does a good job getting through his reads. He's not afraid to take shots when they're there, and he can deliver the ball with accuracy at multiple levels of the field. What makes him tough to defend is how quickly things can change when a play breaks down — he can extend drives, escape pressure, and turn nothing into something with his mobility.

Izayah put together a strong season, finishing with 1,683 yards and 17 touchdowns while continuing to show steady growth as a playmaker. He has a natural feel for the game and does a good job operating within the offense, finding ways to move the ball and finish drives in the red zone.

What stands out with Izayah is his ability to stay composed and make the right reads without forcing too much. When he gets into rhythm, he shows he can be efficient and productive, keeping the offense on schedule and capitalizing on scoring opportunities. He's the type of player that keeps stacking good performances and building momentum as he develop

Lincoln's film shows a quarterback who plays with real aggression and trust in his arm, and that's a big reason he put up 4,232 passing yards with 43 touchdowns. He doesn't wait for plays to be perfect — he throws with anticipation and puts the ball where only his receivers can go get it. A lot of his production comes from his ability to hit intermediate windows quickly, especially on in-breaking routes where he's already throwing before the break is finished.

He also does a good job speeding up his internal clock when pressure starts to build. Even when things get crowded, he still keeps his eyes downfield and gives his receivers chances to make plays. The 14 interceptions come from how often he challenges defenses, but it also shows a quarterback who isn't playing scared or checking it down just to be safe. Linc holds offers from byalor , arizona state., houston.

https://twitter.com/lincdalion/status/2004730176614310301?s=20

Maddux put together a steady season with 1,653 passing yards, 14 touchdowns, and 7 interceptions, showing a balanced skill set as a quarterback. On film, he's most comfortable working within structure and keeping the offense on track, but what adds another layer to his game is his ability to pull the ball down and take off when things break down. He's not just sitting in the pocket waiting — when lanes open up, he's willing to escape and pick up first downs with his legs.

As a passer, he does a good job getting the ball out on time and taking what the defense gives him, especially in the short and intermediate game. He plays with control, avoids unnecessary risks most of the time, and understands how to manage drives. That mobility element makes him more difficult to defend, because defenses can't fully key on just the passing game when he starts moving the chains with his feet.

Kolson is a quarterback with real upside, and the fact that he also plays baseball shows up in how natural he is as an athlete. This past season he threw for 1,617 yards with 19 touchdowns and 8 interceptions, continuing to show steady production while still developing his overall game.

On film, Kolson has that smooth, loose throwing motion that you often see from multi-sport athletes. He doesn't look rushed when he throws the ball comes out clean, and he has a feel for changing speeds depending on the throw. He's comfortable operating in rhythm, but what really stands out is his potential. You can see the raw tools there: arm strength is solid, mechanics are still tightening up, and the ball jumps when he's set. The baseball background shows up in his timing and hand eye coordination, especially when he's throwing on the move or resetting outside the pocket.

Brayden is still a bit raw, but there's real flashes in his game that stand out on film. Finished with 1,304 yards and 9 touchdowns, and while the production is still developing, what you notice right away is how well he handles pressure. He's not the type to panic when the pocket breaks down , he has a good feel for escaping and resetting while still keeping his eyes downfield.

That ability to avoid rushers and stay in throw-ready position gives him a chance to extend plays that look dead, and that's where some of his best moments come from. He's still working through consistency and tightening up some of his decision-making, but the tools are there. With more experience and confidence, he's the kind of quarterback who could take a noticeable step forward next season if everything starts clicking at the right time.

David is a 6'2 athlete who feels like he's ready to take off this season at his position. Right now it's about flashes and early signs, but the next step will come through consistency, growth, and proving it against higher levels of competition. With each camp, season, and offseason rep, these young quarterbacks are building their foundation and starting to carve out their identities. The talent is clearly there now it's about who keeps stacking progress and turns early promise into real production moving forward.
