Last month, we released our latest rankings update for the class of 2028 in the state of Kentucky. After breaking down the top prospects at each position, I wanted to take some time to focus on some players who saw their rankings rise in the latest update. With the offensive and defensive sides of the ball already being covered, here are some stock-rising ATH to keep an eye on in the class of 2028 in the state of Kentucky who make an impact at multiple positions.

[player_tooltip player_id='953617' first='Elijah' last='Bishop'] has been on my radar for a while now and continued to impress as a sophomore. On defense, he lines up at safety where he is very reliable in pass coverage. He does a great job of reading routes then flowing through the secondary to put himself in position to make a play. When the ball is thrown his way, he does a great job of reacting with perfect timing to either knock away the pass or come away with an interception, finishing this past season with two interceptions in nine games. He also recorded 35 tackles and two tackles for loss as a sophomore, and made an impact on offense, running the ball 32 times for 220 yards and three touchdowns. Bishop will be a player worth keeping an eye on as he continues to develop over the next couple years.

[player_tooltip player_id='1651730' first='Deegan' last='Ortega'] has played multiple roles for Eminence over the past couple seasons. Last season, he mainly played quarterback where he threw three passing touchdowns and ran for five scores in seven games. As a junior, Ortega will play receiver and defensive back. In offseason workouts, he has proven to be a skilled route runner with reliable hands as a receiver while showing the ability to mirror receivers' routes in man coverage as a defensive back. Deegan will be an intriguing prospect to keep an eye on heading into the upcoming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2156972' first='Mykah' last='Foster'] is another player who has played multiple roles for his team. Last season, he did most of his damage as a ball carrier where he was able to use his speed and elusiveness to pick up big gains at any given moment. As a sophomore, he carried the ball 82 times for 467 yards and five touchdowns in 11 games. He also caught nine passes for 96 yards and two touchdowns this past season. Going into his junior year, he is listed at quarterback and has shown the arm strength necessary to stretch the field as a passer. Foster also made an impact on defense last season, recording 45 tackles. Mykah will be a player to keep an eye on as his role continues to grow.

My final stock-rising ATH to watch in the class of 2028 in the state of Kentucky is [player_tooltip player_id='2106532' first='Jude' last='Evans']. Jude is coming off a strong sophomore year at inside linebacker where he was a very impressive run stopper. He does a great job of reading the play quickly then filling the gap in a hurry to meet the ball carrier before they can get going. Once he gets to the ball carrier, he is a very reliable tackler, leading his team with 130 tackles and 10 tackles for loss in 14 games as a sophomore. He also recorded 2.5 sacks and an interception, and played a role on offense, running the ball 42 times for 200 yards and five touchdowns while also catching 12 passes for 78 yards and a touchdown. Jude is a player who I expect college coaches to start paying close attention to going into his junior season.
