[player_tooltip player_id='317589' first='Connor' last='Blevins'] had a very impressive sophomore year at guard for Pulaski County. He made a huge impact in their high-powered rushing attack. Blevins has shown the ability to get out to the second level in a hurry and pick up blocks with ease in the open field. He plays with a ton of physicality, using his strong initial punch to knock defenders off their feet. Connor currently holds an offer from Eastern Kentucky and I wouldn't be surprised to see more come his way this offseason.

[player_tooltip player_id='1190755' first='Xavier' last='Isable'] is coming off an impressive sophomore season at Warren East in which he completed 177/299 passes for 1,862 yards, 20 touchdowns, and nine interceptions in 10 games. Isable has a very strong arm which he uses to lead his receivers down the field with ease in the deep passing game. He has also shown great poise under pressure, showing the ability to keep his eyes down the field to find the open receiver while opposing pass rushers are closing in on him. Xavier also ran the ball 39 times for 138 yards and two touchdowns as a sophomore. I expect a lot of eyes to be on Isable after transferring to Paducah Tilghman for his junior year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1208269' first='Brayden' last='Thacker'] has been on my radar for a while now and continued to impress as a sophomore. Thacker carried the ball 59 times for 481 yards and three touchdowns in 12 games this past season. He is a strong runner, showing the ability to lower his shoulder and keep his legs churning through contact to break tackles with ease. Thacker has also shown the elusiveness to make defenders miss in the open field. Brayden also caught one touchdown pass as a sophomore and made an impact on defense, finishing the year with 42 tackles, one tackle for loss, and a team-high three interceptions. Thacker will be a player with paying close attention to going into his junior season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2066955' first='Amare' last='Newberry'] is a player who caught my attention when breaking down sophomore year film. He does a great job of using his speed and smooth breaks in his routes to create separation from opposing defensive backs. Newberry is also dangerous after the catch, using his speed and elusiveness in the open field to turn short passes into big gains. As a sophomore, Amare led his team in receiving with 23 catches for 417 yards and four touchdowns in 11 games. Newberry is a player who college coaches should begin to have on their radar this summer.

My final stock-rising offensive prospect to keep an eye on in the class of 2028 in the state of Kentucky is [player_tooltip player_id='1274303' first='Peyton' last='Ladd']. Ladd had a solid sophomore year at Valley, running the ball 28 times for 260 yards and three touchdowns in nine games. He has explosive speed which he uses to burst through the running lane in a hurry then run away from the defense for big gains. When defenders are able to catch up to him, he has shown the leg drive and contact balance to break tackles with ease without losing stride. Ladd also made an impact on defense at linebacker this past season, recording 43 tackles, two tackles for loss, one sack, and an interception. Peyton will look to gain more opportunities to showcase his talent after transferring to Eastern for his junior season.
