The Missouri Class of 2028 is on the clock for college coaches as they hit the road and are looking for talent, and this past week we saw the offers drop for multiple players across the state in that class, including numerous first offers. It is a deep class in both quantity and quality.

[player_tooltip player_id='2060010' first='Israel' last='Johnigan'] I TE/DE I KC Center I 6'5" 215 I
- The super athletic Johnigan is a talented big who landed his first offer this week from Iowa State, and followed that up with offer #2 from Texas Southern. That was an attention getting as other schools have quickly taken notice. Israel did it all as a sophomore throwing for 271 yards, rushing for 224 yards, and having 213 yards receiving with 4 touchdowns. Also a standout basketball player, he was among the top performers at the recent Elite combine.

[player_tooltip player_id='2067366' first='Liam' last='Davis'] I OL I Hallsville I 6'6" 310 I
- This Mid-Missouri prospect recently landed a offer from his home team Mizzou after a spring visit, with Hallsville being about a half hour from Columbia. The massive offensive lineman had impressive back-to-back impressive showings at the Elite Combine and UA Next camp, and followed up and Iowa State offer with offers from Kansas State and Missouri State before getting his offer from the Tigers.

[player_tooltip player_id='1287867' first='Gus' last='Logan'] I S I Ladue I 6'2" 180 I
- A rising defensive back who really came into his own as a varsity starter at safety in 2025 just landed his first offer from West Virginia. I have scouted Gus since he was an 8th grader dominating both at safety as well as quarterback. He is a physical ball-hawk who can cover a lot of ground and make plays against the run and pass. Logan finished with his sophomore season with 56 tackles and 5 interceptions.

[player_tooltip player_id='1222936' first='Trevor' last='Walker'] I WR/DB I Ladue I 6'3" 180 I
- The rangy and speedy Walker has been a teammate of [player_tooltip player_id='1287867' first='Gus' last='Logan']'s since middle school teaming up to give opponents fits. Trevor will have the opportunity to continue playing with Gus if they chose to as West Virginia offered him as well giving him his first D1 offer. Ge had 26 receptions for 537 yards and 6 touchdowns as a sophomore, averaging 20.6 yards per catch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1222940' first='Kingston' last='McPike'] I WR I CBC I 5'11" 181 I
- Another player receiving their first D1 offer was this talented wide receiver and safety prospect who had Nebraska recognize his potential despite him not playing varsity football due to him transferring after his freshman season. Despite that, McPike excelled on JV and was able to showcase his ability he showed as a freshman. Kingston also recently won an MVP award at the Elite Combine in March being one of the top performers there.

[player_tooltip player_id='1287869' first='Cash' last='Lucious'] I WR/TE I De Smet I 6'4" 195 I
- Despite having limited time seeing the field in 2025, West Virginia saw enough of the big receiving target to extend him his first D1 offer. Cash has shown the potential to be a future D1 prospect since he was an 8th grader with his size, athleticism and ability to catch the ball. He has improved those skills since and has grown to where he may have the potential to play TE on the next level if he continues to put on size. As a sophomore he had 88 yards on 8 catches and a touchdown. Look for his role to really increase in 2026.

[player_tooltip player_id='1405389' first='Darrius' last='Smiley'] I OT I St. Mary's I 6'5" 291 I
- I've had Smiley as a top 3 ranked player in his class in Missouri since the summer before entering his freshman season. Despite having an early offer from Nebraska as a freshman, along with offers following by Southern Miss and Sacramento State, colleges are recognizing the potential he has shown me since he was an 8th grader. This month Darrius has landed offers from Kansas, Wisconsin and just a couple of days ago, home state Missouri following a spring visit.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598550' first='Ryan' last='Richmond-McDavis'] I WR I Cardinal Ritter I 6'0" 170 I
- The super speedy and athletic McDavis has been the hottest player in his class in the state this spring with offers flooding in the past couple of months. The past couple of weeks he's picked up new ones from Ole Miss, Vanderbilt, USC and today from Iowa State. Ryan recently was clocked running a 4.37 forty time at the St Louis UA Next camp.
