4th Quarter Elite 15u showed two completely different versions of themselves over the course of the weekend, and the turnaround was hard to ignore. After going 1-2 on Saturday and struggling to find consistency, they came out Sunday looking like a completely retooled group, ripping through their first three games with confidence and control. Led by [player_tooltip player_id='2174177' first='Tyler' last='Shea'] at quarterback and surrounded by a deep group of weapons, the offense found its rhythm in a big way, turning early adversity into momentum. Their run ultimately came to an end in the semifinals with a tight loss to Prolific 7v7 15u, but the way they responded and dominated stretches on Sunday made it clear this is a team with serious upside.

Already mentioned in the Top Performers article earlier in the week, [player_tooltip player_id='2174177' first='Tyler' last='Shea'] delivered solid performances at the Garden State Gridiron 7v7. He was in rhythm early Saturday and carried that level of play into Sunday, guiding 4th Quarter Elite on a deep run to the semifinals. What stood out most was how under control he operated, rarely forcing throws and consistently protecting the football. He allowed concepts to unfold naturally, showing patience in the pocket while keeping his feet active and ready. The ball jumped out of his hand with a quick release all weekend long.

https://twitter.com/JonDavalosFB/status/2045848903174549718

After already being highlighted in the receiver's Top Performers write up as well, [player_tooltip player_id='1521188' first='Josiah' last='Tuccille'] did more than enough this past weekend to earn a second recognition article this week. As the weekend unfolded, he emerged as one of the most dynamic receivers in the 15u division, delivering in key moments for 4th Quarter Elite.

What separated Josiah was how naturally he gained space. His routes were sharp and controlled, and the way he sold his movements regularly left defenders out of position. Performances like that don't happen by accident, and it's the reason Tuccille earns recognition here for the second time this week.

https://twitter.com/JonDavalosFB/status/2045575049034223679

A tall freshman for St. Peter's, Bryant Toussaint is a huge presence on the field that requires multiple defenders it keep him in check. He towered over nearly ever defender he squared up against this past weekend, and was a major asset in jump situations when Tyler needed to throw it up high to clear the underneath coverage.

https://twitter.com/bt7ace12/status/2045923562234507533

Right off of the bat I have to say, [player_tooltip player_id='2175352' first='Jaiden' last='Askew'] is an electric wide receiver. He has all of the skills and attributes you look for in a dominant presence lined up outside. Agile feet, great hands and extension of the arms, Jaiden is a mismatch for most defenders he lines up against. Where I was most impressed by Jaiden was his ability to accelerate out of his breaks. He can turn up field very quickly to leave defenders grasping at air.

[player_tooltip player_id='2172647' first='Kaidyn' last='Lee'] was a consistent target throughout the Garden State Gridiron 7v7, especially on crossing routes. He has a knack for getting lost in the chaos of the coverage and finding the soft spot between zones to make it an easy throw for [player_tooltip player_id='2174177' first='Tyler' last='Shea']. Kaidyn is a talent worth paying attention to.
