<p>4th Quarter Elite 15u showed two completely different versions of themselves over the course of the weekend, and the turnaround was hard to ignore. After going 1-2 on Saturday and struggling to find consistency, they came out Sunday looking like a completely retooled group, ripping through their first three games with confidence and control. What stood out most was how under control he operated, rarely forcing throws and consistently protecting the football. He allowed concepts to unfold naturally, showing patience in the pocket while keeping his feet active and ready. As the weekend unfolded, he emerged as one of the most dynamic receivers in the 15u division, delivering in key moments for 4th Quarter Elite.</p>   <p class="text-gray-700">What separated Josiah was how naturally he gained space. His routes were sharp and controlled, and the way he sold his movements regularly left defenders out of position. He has all of the skills and attributes you look for in a dominant presence lined up outside. Agile feet, great hands and extension of the arms, Jaiden is a mismatch for most defenders he lines up against. Where I was most impressed by Jaiden was his ability to accelerate out of his breaks. He can turn up field very quickly to leave defenders grasping at air.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='2172647' first='Kaidyn' last='Lee'] was a consistent target throughout the <strong>Garden State Gridiron</strong> 7v7, especially on crossing routes. He has a knack for getting lost in the chaos of the coverage and finding the soft spot between zones to make it an easy throw for [player_tooltip player_id='2174177' first='Tyler' last='Shea']. Kaidyn is a talent worth paying attention to. </p>
