The Mater Dei product is one of the top interior prospects in the 2029 class and started for the Monarchs right off the jump as a freshman. He is athletic for his size, moves well to the second level and has a violent inside punch and can run his feet through his progression and finish downfield. He shows he can pull and kick out across the LOS while a high IQ blocker in pass protection that stays within his frame and can pickup stunts/twists while keeping body control and posture against power rushers.

Orr is one of the top signal callers in Norcal regardless of class and checks into our rankings as a top 10 quarterback across the state. He has a long frame with an already strong build, a live arm downfield and good starting throwing mechanics for his age. He shows a strong pocket presence, can evade pressure and keep his eyes downfield and has a strong arm when throwing to the opposite hash and can deliver on the run across his body from various angles with zip and precision on the ball. As a sophomore he should have a breakout season for the Padres and start gathering FBS interest here soon and see his recruiting stock rise sooner rather than later.

Wright had a breakout freshman season for Clovis West and is a elite athlete in space and with the ball in his hands with downfield speed and is a explosive route runner that can create downfield seperation. He shows he can chunk yards off the ball, gets into the blind spots of defenders and plucks the ball out of the air with strong hands and contested catch abilities at the POA. Wright is tough to tackle in space and can make defenders miss easily with twitch and lateral quickness while also showing contact balance and is not afraid to catch over the middle. He holds one offer from Oregon State but should gather plenty of P4 attention this year and next off-season.

Hornby is one of the top players in his class across the San Diego region and checks into our rankings as a top ten receiver in the class after a breakout freshman campaign. He is a physical route runner with consistent hands, short area agility and sinks his hips in and out of his breaks well while a fluid athlete after the catch with downfield speed and yards after the catch abilities. He shows he can win on 50/50 balls with highpoint abilities and plays bigger then he is from the slot and should be a key name at the position regardless of class for the 2026 season across San Diego.
