Orr is a high ceiling young QB with a great athletic profile and foundational skillset. 6'2” 175 lbs. he's got good length in his frame and is a multi-dimensional threat with his ability to escape and make plays with his legs. Plus natural arm talent and strength, he demonstrates that he can hit all areas of the field with a wide range of velocity. Throws with touch and trajectory downfield while being able to also drive a one ball into a tight window over the middle or to the perimeter. Solid mechanically, he throws from a well balanced platform and is under control throughout his drop back and progression. Good ability to feel pressure and maneuver the pocket, shows he can step up or slide laterally to avoid the rush. Currently holds offers from Nevada and Sac State but is a P4 prospect. Enters the rankings inside the top 50 overall and the top 10 QB's in the 2029 class.

Flowers is a quick hitting and explosive back that took 65 carries for 589 yards and 5 touchdowns while averaging 9 yards per touch as a freshman. 5'8” 155 lbs. he plays bigger than his frame demonstrating a good mix of both speed and strength. Shows fluid movement and change of direction with quick twitch ability in tight spaces. Presses the LOS quickly working vertically early and creates lanes with instinctive adjustments on the fly. Excellent contact balance, he runs hard and maintains leg drive through initial contact to keep the pile moving and break away when he appears wrapped up. Like his ability to sustain speed as he cutting. No offers yet but he's a D1 prospect that will see more opportunities and recruiting attention over the next several years.

Minnifield is a high caliber athlete with a versatile skillset to be a difference maker on both sides of the ball at DB and WR. 6'3” 185 lbs. he's projectable frame with length and growth potential as he develops. Flashes great game speed with a combination of short area burst, lateral agility, and top end speed. Excelled at CB as freshman where he showed good anticipation and route recognition. Plus ball skills, he competes for the ball in the air and can win at the catch point with good extension, leaping ability, and hands. Finished his freshman season with 3 interceptions. Offered by Washington State and San Diego State so far but expect that number to rise rapidly given his positional versatility and athletic tools that make him easy recruitable on both sides.

Blackwell is a gifted athlete with a wide skillset and natural playmaking ability. 5'10” 160 lbs. he shows great instincts and fluid movement skills at both WR and DB. Really flashed at DB during his freshman season and so far at off season camps/showcases, was the overall MVP of the National Preps Showcase and also performed well at the Rivals Camp. Good blend of short area quickness and long speed to cover a wide route tree. He stays in phase with great transitional speed and by matching movement to stay attached throughout the play. Like his reactionary quickness and ability to plant and drive on the ball. His breaks are decisive and he's able to accelerate out to close space. Carries offers from Sacramento State and Southern University and will continue to see his recruiting stock on the rise if he maintains this trajectory.

Sekope enters the 2029 PRZ rankings at #33 overall and is the #3 LB after an impressive freshman season. He's a quick reacting LB that plays with downhill aggression and speed to constantly show up around the football. Demonstrates fast processing ability of his reads to flow sideline to sideline with good pursuit speed and burst to close. Tough to block, he can work tightly around to avoid or take on and shed rapidly. Plays physical at the POA, arriving at contact with powerful forward momentum and finishing ability. First offered by San Diego State in January and quickly followed by a P4 offer from Cal.

Soape possesses many key traits major D1 colleges look for in an interior defensive lineman. Strong compact frame at 6'0” 275 lbs. that is packed with power but also demonstrates outstanding athleticism, bend, and natural movement skills. Great initial quickness and explosiveness out of his stance, he's able to beat blockers off the snap and gain immediate penetration to disrupt plays before they can develop. He's relentless in pursuit and shows he can redirect quickly to the ball carrier to close space. Well-coached, he destructs blocks with violent hands and good placement to maintain separation and disengage. Picked up his initial college offer from Washington State but will quickly rise up recruiting board as he gains exposure.
