The state of Washington is loaded with prospects in the classes of 2027-2031, and also have a ton of players who are currently flying in under the radar.

Here's a look at the top wide receivers in the class of 2028, along with some players who could pop in the coming months:

[player_tooltip player_id='985348' first='Jayce' last='Halasz'], Graham-Kapowsin — The athletic 6-foot-3, 180-pound pass-catcher is still only 15 years old and recently ran a laser-timed 4.54 40.

That's absolutely flying given his age and size.

Halasz caught 64 balls for 1,019 yards and eight touchdowns last season, and is already one of the state's most productive pass-catchers.

He holds offers from Nevada, Sacramento State and San Diego State.

But he's a future double-digit offer guy and should be a four-star prospect sooner rather than later.

Prep Redzone is sky-high on the emerging star.

[player_tooltip player_id='984711' first='Maxten' last='Cook'], Lake Stevens — The Lake Stevens sophomore had an exceptional sophomore campaign, hauling in 34 receptions for 555 yards and 11 touchdowns, averaging 16.3 yards per catch.

That performance came after averaging 19.2 yards per snag as a freshman.

Cook, who runs a 4.5 40, is a big play waiting to happen, and the 6-foot-2, 175-pound playmaker should emerge as one of the state's leading receivers soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='991884' first='Scottie' last='Dinwiddie Jr.'], Decatur — The multi-sport athlete made his presence felt in the big way as a sophomore.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound playmaker racked up 1,234 all-purpose yards with 901 receiving.

Dinwiddie had 10 total touchdowns, averaged 112 receiving yards per contest and had an 86 percent catch efficiency rating on targets.

He's rising fast and is a clear-cut player to watch going forward.

Big things are on the horizon.

[player_tooltip player_id='1335368' first='Josiah' last='Laurence'], Cascade Christian — The 6-foot-3, 195-pound pass-catcher is one of the fastest-risers in the entire state.

The 6-foot-3, 195-pound receiver was wildly productive as a sophomore, racking up 37 receptions for 745 yards and nine touchdowns in seven games.

That performance earned him first-team all-state honors, league MVP and, of course, first-team all-league honors on both sides of the ball,.

So far, Laurence holds a lone offer from Portland State, but it feels like only a matter of time until he's a double-digit offer guy.

Grant Peterson, University — A fast-riser in the rankings, the 6-foot-2, 185-pound athlete had a big sophomore season that was impossible to ignore.

Peterson hauled in 55 receptions (school record) for 649 yards and five touchdowns.

His emergence should lead to even bigger things going forward, but he's already in the school record books.

[player_tooltip player_id='1807588' first='Kyran' last='Sessoms'], Lakes — Sessoms was a second-team all-league selection as an outside linebacker/defensive end, but is also a great offensive weapon.

He's been impressive on the camp circuit and was a breakout star last fall.

It will be fascinating to see how he develops as he adds size and gains further exposure.

[player_tooltip player_id='986727' first='Treylon' last='McGraw'], Heritage — An explosive 5-foot-9, 162-pound athlete, McGraw made our midseason all-state team as a sophomore.

For the year, he hauled in 38 catches for 658 yards and and 10 scores while adding dynamism on special teams.

McGraw isn't the biggest guy on the list, but he's a special playmaker who will continue to be among the best prospects in Vancouver.

[player_tooltip player_id='1570251' first='Draven' last='Butler'], Mt. Spokane — [player_tooltip player_id='1570251' first='Draven' last='Butler'] is back in the state of Washington after a stint at Huntington Beach High School (California).

He has early interest from Oregon State, Sacramento State, TCU and others.

Butler should emerge as one of the top playmakers in Washington this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='2112968' first='Luke' last='Shaw'], Bellarmine Prep — Shaw hauled in 51 receptions for 835 yards and eight scores as a sophomore last season.

The 6-foot, 170-pound two-way standout could break the 1,000-yard mark this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1743630' first='Stockton' last='Parrish'], Southridge —Parrish was a do-everything athlete for Southridge last season, playing wide receiver, defensive back and elsewhere.

The 6-foot, 170-pounder was more productive on defense as a sophomore - with 56 tackles and three interceptions - but he's got a chance to really shine as an offensive weapon as a junior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1615888' first='Brody' last='Buxton'], Prosser — A highly-productive sophomore, Buxton was a first-team all-league wide receiver and return man, as well as a second-team all-league defensive back.

The 5-foot-11, 165-pound Swiss Army knife plays much stronger than his measurements suggest, and that could be because of his status as a workout warrior (245-pound bench, 375-pound squat).

[player_tooltip player_id='985368' first='Madden' last='Carr'], Sumner — The football/track athlete played both JV and varsity ball for a loaded Sumner squad last year.

He compiled 23 receptions for 420 yards and seven touchdowns, and was a willing/developing blocker.

Big things should be on the horizon.

[player_tooltip player_id='986441' first='Raziah' last='Patterson'], Lakes — The multi-sport athlete could really pop this year at Lakes, and is a player to watch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1083083' first='Jace' last='Bailey-Otis'], Woodinville — The 5-foot-11, 160-pound wide receiver/defensive back is still growing and adding weight, which should serve him well as he continues to develop.

Bailey-Otis suffered a knee injury but is re-gaining his form with WipeMeDownBoyz and has definitely landed on our radar.

A fully healthy season will be noteworthy.

[player_tooltip player_id='1815805' first='Cruz' last='Asay'], Prairie — An intriguing 6-foot-4, 170-pound wide receiver/defensive back with some upside, Asay is a player who could really pop in the coming season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1678422' first='Max' last='Gibson'], Camas — The sophomore is a three-sport athlete at one of the state's best programs.

That alone is intriguing.

But the 6-foot-3 playmaker uses his frame well as a jump-ball threat and is an true redzone threat.

As Gibson becomes a more complete receiver, he should continue to flourish.

De'Kaylin Palea'ae, Spanaway Lake — The 6-foot-1, 165-pound pass-catcher is playing for Washington Air Raid and has flashed significant playmaking ability this offseason.

He will continue to be a player to watch, and competes on both sides of the football.

[player_tooltip player_id='1337930' first='Quentin' last='Carroll'], Mt. Spokane — Carroll started as a freshman on both sides of the ball and continues to land on our radar.

The 6-foot, 180-pound athlete is an emerging playmaker worth keeping an eye on.

[player_tooltip player_id='1574913' first='Kaleb' last='Kruse'], Union — A 6-foot-3 wide receiver/tight end/linebacker, Kruse made some big plays for Union this year and has the potential to grow into a variety of roles as his body continues to add mass.

[player_tooltip player_id='1655881' first='Heath' last='Voegtlin'], Bainbridge Island — A physical 6-foot-2, 190-pound two-way playmaker, Voegtlin was weapon both downfield and as a gadget player, taking short screens and end arounds for big plays this fall.

As his role continues to expand and evolve, he has upside.

[player_tooltip player_id='1339177' first='Waylon' last='Abercrombie'], Tahoma — The FSP pass-catcher made several big downfield plays for Tahoma last fall, and could see an expanded role next season.

The 6-foot-1, 190-pound athlete hauled in 31 catches for 592 yards and eight touchdowns, averaging 18.8 yards per grab.

[player_tooltip player_id='1358257' first='Booth' last='Bradley'], Rogers-Puyallup — The 5-foot-11, 160-pound playmaker is dedicated to his craft and getting better as he progresses.

The speed and strength metrics need to progress, but he's a playmaker worthy of some attention.

[player_tooltip player_id='898734' first='Pierson' last='Bryant'], Richland — A two-sport athlete who plays wide receiver and free safety on Friday nights, Bryant started on both sides of the ball and laid an excellent foundation for a big junior campaign next year.

[player_tooltip player_id='1638973' first='Lucas' last='Burd'], Kasiak — The two-sport athlete hauled in 25 receptions and delivered 554 all-purpose yards as a sophomore and emerged as a starter and key contributor.

He boasts a 3.95 GPA and has put in significant offseason work as a route-runner, which could lead to a big jump this offseason,

[player_tooltip player_id='985363' first='Jayden' last='Hollenbeck'], Lake Stevens — The 6-foot-1, 165-pound Lake Stevens playmaker is a quality route-runner and playmaker who should see a significant jump in production.

[player_tooltip player_id='1003665' first='Dauve' last='Hunter'], Lindbergh — Still growing, the 5-foot-9, 155-pound wide receiver/strong safety played in six games as a freshman.

[player_tooltip player_id='1081473' first='Isaac' last='Ili-Like'], Spanaway Lake; [player_tooltip player_id='1335068' first='Isaiah' last='Mason'], Spanaway Lake — The Spanaway Lake duo has an opportunity to pop this upcoming season and are fully on our radar as players to watch for a jump in production.

[player_tooltip player_id='1336638' first='Llewellyn' last='Williams III'], Lynden — Tre is a 6-foot-3, 195-pound unique athlete who plays wide receiver and defensive end.

With that profile, he's a physical offensive weapon to watch.
