Here we breakdown the classes of 2027, 28, and 29' in the states of Oregon and Washington, ranking the top 100 prospects in the region. Much of this list will be based on projection with some of the athletes still being so young.

It's important to note this takes into account six different classes, so essentially you could be a top 10-15 guy within your state, which would put you roughly in the top 100 on this list.

Offers and commitments have been updated below. You can expect many of the individuals listed from #51-100 to be landing their first D1 offer or adding to the ones they already have in the coming weeks & months.

UPDATED: The big man had a nice year allowing 0 sacks and finishing with 90 pancake blocks offensively. He did well on D also making 27 tackles with 5 sacks. Rainwater is definitely making his presence known on the camp circuit.

Rainwater earned 2nd team all-league honors on the offensive front and also did well on D. He has the necessary size to play a high level of collegiate ball but will need to put together some dominant film this coming season.

UPDATED: Just a very good overall football player. Fields was a 1st team all-Metro selection at Safety as a sophomore, making 54 tackles with 7 TFL's and 5 PBU's. He allowed zero TDs from his secondary spot on the year and can play the CB/S position equally well.

Fields was a 2nd team all-Metro selection as a freshman and backed up his play this off season both in the weightroom (500+ pound squat) and on the 7v7 circuit. He will likely be a double digit D1 offered athlete.

UPDATED: Armbruster makes a jump up the rankings board, racking up 1st team all-league honors with 34 tackles, 11 TFL's, and 5 sacks. He has the potential of being a legit FCS/Mid Major type guy.

Armbruster made 41 tackles, with 3 sacks, and 5 tackles for loss, in 8 games as a sophomore. I could see him jumping up this list quickly with a good junior year as he has the size and all the intangibles.

Hawkins is another kid who killed it at the Northwest Showcase. He will be a potential 1st team all-state kid on both sides of the football, with Cascade being a 4A title favorite. He earned 2nd team all-state honors at DB last year.

This kid was a machine putting up some of the most ridiculous numbers anywhere, even if it was freshman ball. Grubb's 41 TD's and 3100 all purpose yards were likely a record at that level. Him, [player_tooltip player_id='1609595' first='Iden' last='Rule'], and [player_tooltip player_id='937241' first='Cole' last='Hachmeister'] give the T-Wolves a trio of backs unlike any other in the state.

UPDATED: In only 5 games played due to injury, Hachmeister went off again with 87 touches for 881 total yards and 9 TD's, averaging 9.2 yards per carry in the NW's toughest conference. He currently projects as a D1 FCS back.

Hachmeister made one of the biggest jumps of any player in Oregon up the rankings board. He has elite D1 speed, going for 1,012 all-purpose yards (752 rushing, 8.8 ypc) and 13 TDs in 10 games, in the state's toughest conference. He is the exception to the rule from a size standpoint.

UPDATED: The SPSL Defensive Player of the Year also earned 1st team all state honors and left no doubt after making the move from 1A Life Christian to GK. He finished the season with 75 tackles and 4 sacks.

I like the move with Hernandez-Avila going from Life Christian Academy where he dominated (51 tackles, 16 sacks, and 28 tackles for loss) to 4A contender GK. He will be challenged and able to show what he can do against the state's top competition.

UPDATED: The big man caught 33 passes for 588 yards and 9 TD's to go with 83 tackles, 6 TFL's, and 4 INT's on the year. Robbins has all the tools; it will just come down to how much he progresses in the coming months.

Robbins has the frame and length to be a high-profile prospect if he continues to progress in his game. He was dominant at times as a freshman and has the potential of being one of the best small school athletes ever to come out of the state.

UPDATED: I really like Stevens and what he brings to the table. He is 3x all league, all region lineman who has allowed only 1 1/2 sacks over the last three seasons. I see him as a D1 FCS interior guy.

Stevens has had a great offseason on the camp circuit, after breaking out as a freshman and earning 1st team all-conference honors as a sophomore. Fundamentally there are few who are better within the region.

You have to like the genes with his 6-7 brother Payton Stewart playing on the offensive line at Michigan St. Parker did well as a sophomore earning 2nd team all GSHL honors. His projection will depend on continued growth and what type of film he puts together as a junior.

One of the most talked about athletes in the 2026 class. Zellick has D1 genes and comes with a legit combination of size and speed. Expect him to score a bunch of TDs for the Lions over the course of his career.

What GP record didn't this kid break last year? Rossetta earned 1st team all-league honors finishing 1st in the state in passing yards (2,728) and 2nd in passing TDs (34), while setting 6 school records.

Just a really good overall athlete with size and speed. Salazar is another individual who comes from a special family with D1 genes. He is the grandson of Boston Marathon winner Alberto Salazar. Look for him to be a factor next season at Lakeridge.

You have to like the kid out of Central Oregon. Summit will be a 5A title contender the next two seasons led by Guthrie. He had a good sophomore campaign, totaling 1700+ yards and 23 TDs (19 passing, 4 rushing). I would expect him to destroy those numbers this year.
