2026 X Film Study 5

<p>The X Film Study series rolls into its fifth edition, continuing to spotlight a wide range of talent from across Oregon. This week's group features a mix of versatile skill players, physical defenders, and intriguing offensive weapons with plenty of upside. As always, the goal is to evaluate what shows up on film, highlight strengths, and project where each player can go with continued development. Several of these prospects are still early in their careers, making their trajectory especially exciting to follow. He shows strong tackling ability and isn't afraid to deliver big hits, making his presence felt throughout the game. His strength and toughness stand out when he's attacking the football. He plays with confidence and embraces contact, which is exactly what you want at the position. Projects as a reliable and physical linebacker with solid upside.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Hamzaoui is an intriguing tight end prospect with a rare combination of size and athleticism. At 6'4”-6'5", he moves extremely well and shows the ability to be a weapon with the ball in his hands, even taking on a ball-carrying role in his offense. He runs fluid routes and has shown the ability to catch the ball away from his frame, which translates well to the next level. His versatility and athletic profile give him multiple ways to impact a game. His release is a bit unique, but it can be effective when he's in rhythm and confident in his reads. He moves well enough to extend plays and create outside of structure when needed. With more film and a full senior season ahead, there's room to continue developing his overall consistency. His athletic profile offers multiple pathways for him to contribute at the next level.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Brown shows smooth, effortless speed that allows him to get to the second level quickly and create chunk plays. His vision stands out as he consistently reads blocks well and takes advantage of running lanes. He runs with good tempo and control, allowing plays to develop naturally. For a young back, he already shows a strong feel for the position. With more reps and continued development, Brown has the potential to become a highly productive offensive weapon.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Harper is a dynamic athlete who adds significant value to the offense with his versatility and playmaking. His agility and quickness allow him to make defenders miss consistently in open space. What stands out most is his ability to contribute in the passing game, whether lining up in the backfield or split out, giving the offense flexibility. He plays with confidence and has a natural feel for creating opportunities. Harper projects as a versatile offensive weapon with strong upside.</p>
