The 2028 Watch List: Super Sophomores Rising Up the Rankings

Fant has good first-step quickness off the line-of-scrimmage. He can plug the middle against the run and has a high motor, taking good angles to the ball. He flashes being able to spin off blockers, be a force inside and wrap up ballcarriers. Jackson displays good coverage skills, staying in-phase with receivers and making plays on the ball. He can adjust high/low and dig interceptions out of the dirt, displaying great body adjustment. Barran is a great pass rusher who can turn the corner, takes great pursuit angles and flies to the ball. Heffner has a quick release and smooth delivery. He can drop passes in the bucket on short/intermediate routes, and has enough mobility to elude rushers and buy time with his feet. Heffner is tall, strong and tough, and a name to keep an eye on when college coaches see him in-person during camps.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
