Labrum recently picked up his first offer from Cornell and is a well coached and put together signal caller that passes the eye test and has a strong arm downfield. He shows he can buy time with his feet in the pocket, quickly get the ball out with a tight spiral and can throw his receivers open downfield with good timing and consistent precision. He's able to throw on the run, square his shoulders and beat the pressure when needed and is a fast processor that moves defenders with his eyes. He checks a lot of boxes colleges are going to look for and should have a truly breakout senior season for one of the top small school programs in the state.

Jacobs is a shifty and explosive downfield threat with natural hands and tracking abilities over the top or able to make contact to Kitchens. He shows he can create separation downfield, runs precise and crisp routes and can make defenders missing the open field while getting into defenders blind spots before breaking off his route. Coming off a solid Junior season for Pacifica, he is a twitchy and elusive playmaker after the catch that should continue drawing plenty of college interest. He was recently offered from Georgia State and should see a other FCS+ offers come his way.

De La Mora is one of the top freshman playmakers across the central valley and and is a explosive runner with big play abilities and can quickly knife upfield while able to lineup in the backfield or in the slot. He has a good burst after the catch with open field speed and some wiggle to make defenders miss while forcing poor angles at the third level. As he continues to develop and grow/pack on more size he will turn into a next level prospect and should be one of the top guys at his position in his class heading into 2026.

Henry has had a nice spring so far this off-season and is a late senior riser heading into 2026 that should draw plenty of college attention as he moves through the process. He has a strong build, natural instincts and good ball skills while able to drop down in the box and make tackles near the line of scrimmage. As a returner, he has tremendous vision in the open field, good speed in space with some short area twitch and contact balance when needed and when sifting through tacklers. Henry Jr. is a diverse athlete that is going to be a late steal for a college program and is a key name to watch in the section this Fall.

Phelps has good size for the position and plus length while doing a nice job using it at the POA and recovering if beat. He is a very disciplined player in zone coverage and does a good job using his hands up on the line when pressed and shows tremendous ball skills, pass breakup abilities when punching through the ball and fluid hips in transition to either side. Phelps also shows he's not afraid to come up and set the edge in the run game, is a very efficient open field tackler and can bait quarterbacks into poor throws on the outside. His hip fluidity in transition, tackling abilities, ball skills and natural instincts makes him a very intriguing prospect and he should be another spring riser across Southern California.
