Recruiting Report (3/24)- Recent News Across Alabama

We're back with a new Recruiting Report!   Today, we're diving into some recent recruiting news across the state. These prospects have had huge months, so we're diving into the latest surrounding their recruitment.   As always, make sure you watch their film below! You won't want to miss out on this kind of talent.    [player_tooltip player_id='1643075' first='Braylon' last='Coleman'] is a talented DB from Paul W Bryant who's starting to see his recruitment open up this month.   "Coleman is a highly athletic, instinctual player who's already been able to make game-changing plays out in his team's secondary and on special teams. Coleman is super reliable in coverage- he's quick to break and make plays on the ball, isn't easily beat downfield, and is a reliable tackler who allows little to no gain after the catch.   Coleman is just as productive as a run defender; he flies downhill to pursue after the ball carrier and frequently comes up with huge stops both down by the line of scrimmage and in the open field. Coleman has even found ways to make an impact on special teams, returning blocked kicks to the house and more."   Coleman has seen his recruitment take off this past week, picking up new offers from Jacksonville State and Miles College!   If you haven't watched him before, make sure you take a look at some of his film below! Coleman is a talented player with a big junior season ahead; you won't want to miss him.      [player_tooltip player_id='2154483' first='Trevor' last='Caudle'] is a lockdown DB from James Clemens we watched in our last Film Room Friday, and he's now seeing some attention head his way.   "Caudle is unstoppable in coverage. He's quick on his feet, highly reactive, and has some excellent hands/ball skills to create PBUs and INTs all over the field. I'm incredibly impressed with his closing speed and how well he can blanket over opposing pass catchers- he makes them work for everything out wide, it's impressive to watch.   On top of that, Caudle is really impressive in run support as well. He's quick to get downhill and isn't afraid of dishing out big hits down near the line of scrimmage, preventing tons of big plays from breaking out in the open field. Keep watch of him this fall, he's got a ton of talent to his game."   A few days back, Caudle announced he'd picked up a new offer from Coastal Carolina!   I was seriously impressed with Caudle's tape the other day, and highly recommend everyone check him out. If you haven't watched him already, check out some of his tape below:      [player_tooltip player_id='2111503' first='Jaren' last='Joiner'] is an explosive WR from Phenix City who's been picking up a ton of attention this offseason.   "At 6'0 170, Joiner has the size, speed, and hands to create a ton of huge plays out wide. He's quick to get downfield, has the size to outmatch and dominate DBs for the ball, and an impressive set of hands that make him a dominant deep threat in his team's passing attack.   I'm also really impressed with Joiner's ability to improvise. He's great at finding ways to get open when plays have to be extended, helping out his QB and keeping the chains moving."   Joiner has seen two offers head his way in the last week, adding UAB and South Alabama to his list!   I can't wait to see what Joiner can do this upcoming season. He's a talented WR in one of the most explosive passing attacks in the state. Be sure to check out some of his film below, you won't want to miss him!      [player_tooltip player_id='1631151' first='Courtney' last='Acoff'] is a talented player from Bessemer City who's seeing his recruitment grow even more this offseason.   "Acoff is a dominant force on the interior- he explodes off the line, is incredibly powerful, and gets great penetration every snap- causing tons of problems for offensive lines. Acoff is terrific against the run- he fights off blockers really well and uses his size to clog up rushing lanes and to reach and make huge tackles for loss in the backfield.   Acoff is just as productive against the pass- he opens up opportunities for his teammates with how much attention he demands on the interior and can consistently collapse the pocket and come up with big plays on QBs."   Earlier today, Acoff picked up another offer, this time from North Alabama!   I think Acoff has a huge year in store for us here in 2026. We all need to watch out for him; he's already put together some really impressive tape you can check out below:      [player_tooltip player_id='1924013' first='Kaleb' last='Ballard'] is a talented TE/WR from Wetumpka who's really catching his stride this offseason   "It's seriously hard to believe Ballard is only a sophomore. He towers over defenders with his 6'5 210 frame and can make some wildly impressive plays out wide. Ballard is quick, precise, and has a great set of hands that he uses to haul in catches all over the field.   It's really impressive seeing how Ballard can move in open space. He's seriously fast at his size and presents a ton of challenges for defenders after the catch. We'll have to keep a closer eye on him going forward."   Ballard has had a huge week in the recruiting world, picking up two SEC offers from Auburn and Kentucky!   If you haven't seen any of Ballard's tape, you've got to check it out below. He's one of the top talents in the 2028 class and is only going to keep picking up more attention!
