We added hundreds of prospects to our rankings in Ohio last month for the Class of 2028. In our next article and multi-part series, we break down four new additions and will continue to do so throughout the months of February and March. These four early risers have a chance to become high-impact players in the fall and beyond.

[player_tooltip player_id='2120295' first='Mar'kye' last='Mcnair'] is a soft-handed receiver who can get open and make catches over the middle of the field. He can take tough hits and still come down with he ball in his possession. McNair has decent run-after-the-catch ability as a receiver. On defense, he is a safety who can snatch the ball out of the air and make interceptions. Keep an eye on this dynamic two-way prospect.

Xavier Harden is a starting running back for Berea-Midpark. At 5-foot-11, 175 pounds, he has a frame with room to grow. Harden displays good burst through the hole and is very shifty in space, with ability to make defenders miss past the second level. Harden has good vision and balance in the open field. He is a strong multi-sport athlete, also being a wrestler.

[player_tooltip player_id='2120910' first='Thomas' last='Nowowiejski'] had a strong sophomore season that put him on the map. No matter where he plays, he fits what college football offenses in the modern era want: a dual-threat runner and thrower who can make plays with his legs. He has a solid arm in the short/intermediate game, and he is a legitimate threat to go the distance with the ball in his hands. If he gets past the second level, he can be hard to catch from behind. He threw for 2,016 passing yards and rushed for 505 yards last season with 25 total touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id='2128430' first='Jordan' last='Simmons'] flashes being a total ballhawk on both sides of the ball. As a receiver, he has great body adjustment. The 5-foot-10, 160-pound wide receiver can adjust midair, make acrobatic catches and come down with the ball in his possession. He is also crafty to get behind opposing cornerbacks and get positive yards down the sideline on fades. As a defensive back, he can high-point the ball, whip his head around and play center-field. Very good at winning one-on-one battles.
