Prep Redzone held the Battle at the Bluegrass 7v7 last weekend with more than 80 teams and hundreds of prospects showcasing their talents. Prep Redzone scouts were on-hand at the event and took note of several top prospects who shined on both days.

Here are four standouts from around the region who left an early impression and made a name for themselves. In our two-part series, we'll break down eight top performers:

I love everything about CBC's Milton Proctor. The 6-foot-1, 170-pound wideout has the goods: ball skills, leaping ability, and route running to create separation and get open. At the 7v7, he was very slippery around the goal line, displaying great short-area quickness and strong hands in the open field. The potential for Proctor to develop into a top recruit is all there. Expect him to blow up in the next two years.

Trayonn Hill may have the most upside of anybody on the field last weekend. Hill is a top player for Flight Explosion. Blessed with a tall, lengthy frame and a wide catch radius, Hill snagged multiple interceptions and was a huge problem for opposing teams all throughout the weekend. He plays wide receiver but I like his abilities at safety even more just due to his ball skills and instincts. He is well on his way to developing into a top prospect in the Show-Me State.

Monroe-Jefferson (Mich.) wide receiver Hunter Barton made big plays for Jesus+Football. The Michigan-based 7v7 team took a trip to the Bluegrass State and Barton had himself a day on Sunday morning, making one-handed grabs easily and flashing plenty of potential as a route runner. Barton is very good at finding soft spots in zones and finding creative ways to get open. Solid after the catch with a good frame for a rising sophomore.

[player_tooltip player_id='2136609' first='Dallas' last='Little'] was a standout on both sides of the ball. Little is a very good cover corner who can cover and carry deep routes. He displays good recovery speed, can effectively trail receivers and use his hands without getting flagged. As a receiver, he is a legit deep-play threat who scored a touchdown. He has very good hands and good long speed to be successful at the next level.
