[player_tooltip player_id='1632731' first='Matthew' last='Schimberg'] is one of the premier two-way TE recruits in the Western US. At 6'6 235, Schimberg has great size and a frame that can add more mass. His role at Grandview shows how much he'll be able to effect the game at the next level. As a blocker is extremely advanced compared to his peers. He does a great job engaging his hips, blocking with a good base, and attaching to defenders from a variety of alignments in the run game. Split zone, inline, out of the back field - regardless of where he lines up, Schimberg uses his length and low body strength and to run his feet and consistently move defenders. In pass pro, Schimberg does a great job passing off stunts and using his good lateral quickness to stay in front of rushers. As a pass catcher he shows great body control to adjust to the ball and open his hips up. He shows a willingness to run routes, shifting his weight and sinking his hips to sell routes when he's aligned outside and inside the core. He runs QB friendly routes and understand when to sit his routes down especially on the backside to not run to coverage. After the catch he shows fluidity for his size to get vertical and pick up YAC. I'm a big fan of Schimberg and believe he has the potential to play beyond college based on his skillset and abilities shown on his JR tape.

Quentin Dorsey out of Grandview HS has tremendous size, length, and bend. Multiple D1 schools have already identified this and offered the 2027 recruit this offseason. He possesses a high hipped frame with long arms, playing DT but should have some flexibility to potentially even be a DE at the next level. I love Dorsey's ability to point the toe and effortlessly change his angle to the QB after beating his blocker. For a guy thats so long, he shows an ability to win in tight spaces and marries his hips, hands, and feet so well. Dorsey shows an elite get-off and flashes the ability to read and react quickly to the OL's block and make TFLs. On top of all of this Dorsey runs very well for a DT and shows long speed to chase down BCs even when they are given a headstart. Dorsey has so much potential - I can see him becoming a DE or adding more mass and becoming a 3T at the next level. Dorsey oozes potential and any team that gets him will be getting a high upside player.

Chase Ritchie is 6'1 215 OLB/DE that shows good twitch and bend around the edge, as well as physicality in his tackling. Ritchie is major threat for a sacj on passing downs combining a great get off, bend and twitch to win inside or outside against tackles. Being such a threat to beat tackles outside, Ritchie's quickness helps him counter inside with a chop spin or a euro step when OTs overset. When aligned off the LOS, Ritchie shows great COD and consistently pursuits BCs hard and is a physical tackler that has a knack to cause fumbles with 4 in 2025. Ritchie shows an ability to drop in zone coverage, play in space, and quickly rally downhill to make the tackle. I love the passion and edge he plays with. At the next level I can see him playing at an OLB spot with ability to be a stand up edge on 3rd down, if not at WDE full time. I believe he has the aggressiveness, playmaking ability, and athleticism to play at the D1 level if the right team gives him the opportunity. Ritchie finished his JR season with 54 TKLs, 5.5 sacks, 4 FFs, and 1 INT.

[player_tooltip player_id='582208' first='Daniel' last='Buckeye'] is the definition of pure man strength. Out of every player I have watched in CO, Buckeye has to have one of the best play strengths I've seen. His right punch and ability to lift defenders under their right chestplate and off their feet is rare. He is smooth bumping and climbing to the second level. At the POA Buckeye is elite - turning defenders away single handedly in which many of Grandview's big runs off the right side this season. In pass pro he shows patient hands and strong grip strength. I'm surprised Buckeye has yet to receive (or publicize) any offers and should garnish G5 interest at a minimum. With the flexibility to bump inside at the next level, Buckeye should one of the PREMIER recruits in CO this cycle and many teams getting in line for his services very soon.

Size, experience, arm strength, poise, pocket maneuverability, and leadership. At 6'5 235, Theo Lee out of Arapahoe HS possesses a lot of traits you want to see in your D1 collegiate starting quarterback. In his first season as a varsity starter, Lee threw for 2,255 yards averaging 14.7 yds per completion, showing his affinity to push the ball down the field. Lee shows great touch on his deep balls and the arm strength to hit Cover 2 hole shot. He consistently hits receivers on time on intermediate throws 15-20 yards on to the far sideline, a pass that is necessary to have in your arsenal. Built like a TE, Lee isn't afraid to lower his shoulder when he takes off with the ball in his hands and run through defenders. He shows good rhythm on gun 3 step drops and RPO throws. Lee understands when he has man coverage to put air under the ball and let his WRs go up and get it with the defenders back to the ball. Only a Sophomore, I'd like to challenge Lee's to have a completion rate of over 60% next season, as he gets more comfortable running the offense, creating rapport with his dynamic WRs and playmakers, and continues to go into his large frame. After a great debut season, I'm excited to see Lee push improve with his last 2 seasons. The D1 talent is evident and I expect a big camp season from Theo Lee out of Arapahoe HS.
