<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1358906' first='Sterling' last='Holland'] 6-2 195 WR Crescent Valley</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Holland is an outstanding overall athlete who should be considered one of the top overall players in Oregon at the 5A level. As a junior he earned 1st team all-league honors, catching 39 passes with 881 all-purpose yards (566 receiving) and 10 TDs. He also excelled on D making 30 tackles, with 9 PBUs and 3 INTs. He has 1st team all state potential if CV does well as a team. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1709202' first='James' last='Richards'] 5-10 180 LB/ATH Sandy </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Richards is hands down one of the top players in the Mt Hood league. The undersized standout racked up 1st team all-league honors on offense, totaling 615 all-purpose yards and 8 TDs. He was a 2nd team all-league selection on D with 72 tackles and 3 INT's, making him one of top dual threats in Oregon for the 2027 class. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1878395' first='Colby' last='Owen'] 6-1 195 RB Lakeridge </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>I could see Owen being one of the TRL statistical leaders next season with the Pacers graduating so much talent. He averaged 5.7 yards per carry as a junior but has great size and speed and will be key in trying to replace UW commit [player_tooltip player_id='284119' first='Ansu' last='Sanoe']. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1245773' first='Asa' last='Kirkland'] 6-1 190 LB Nelson</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Kirkland is a USATF All American finishing 3rd at nationals this past year in the decathlon. That overall athleticism showed on the football field, being a 2nd team all-league selection and a big reason Nelson had the season that they did. He could climb the rankings board quick. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1990100' first='Reed' last='Eldridge'] 6-2 175 DB/WR Lincoln</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Eldridge is another athlete who has a chance to make a significant jump up the board if he can compete and do well against top competition this offseason. The 1st team all PIL DB finished with 3 INTs and can also come up and hit you. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1940672' first='Micaiah' last='Turin'] 6-1 200 QB Sandy</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Halfway through the season Sandy had the highest scoring offense in 6A football led by Turin. He hit on 60% of his passes with a 5 to 1 TD/INT ratio and will be one to watch next season.</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1708643' first='Emmanuel' last='Wisbrock'] 5-11 200 LB/FB Lincoln</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The team captain racked up 2nd team all-league honors for a Cardinals squad that I would consider a favorite to win the PIL next season. For the year he finished with 53 tackles, 7 TFLs, and 2 sacks. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2090563' first='Robbie' last='Capers'] 6-1 205 ATH/OLB Mountain View</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the state's all time best coaches Brian Crum had great things to say about Capers. He is incredibly quick coming off the edge and will project as one of the top defenders at the 5A level next season. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1363939' first='Jace' last='Matlack'] 5-11 170 WR/ATH Central </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Matlack was an all conference WR at McMinnville before making the move to Central. They return a legit senior group next season, led by a few high profile D1 baseball prospects. He should put up good numbers opposite talented slot [player_tooltip player_id='1593187' first='Ryan' last='Perkins']. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1334190' first='Caden' last='Pubols'] 6-2 260 OL/DL Central Catholic</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>CC's strength will be their line next season with top recruit [player_tooltip player_id='1654734' first='PJ' last='Tautu'] and [player_tooltip player_id='936855' first='Nate' last='Peau'] leading. This will help guys like Pubols out, who has legit potential, but hasn't really been able to put it on display yet. Expect him to have a breakout year. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1125322' first='Raiden' last='Avery'] 6-1 170 WR Willamette</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Avery had a handful of receptions and 8 tackles on D last year. He has good size, is a solid academic kid, and can play on either side of the ball for what will be one of the top 6A teams in Oregon next season. I expect him to be a key contributor. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1358899' first='Cole' last='Sazue'] 6-2 175 QB Pendleton</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>You typically don't get a lot of pub playing out in Eastern Oregon, but Sazue might make some noise as a senior. The Buckaroos went 2-7 last season, and there is still a lot yet to be determined but look for him on the camp circuit. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2054808' first='Silas' last='Gentry'] 6-0 170 DB Barlow</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Not a lot of people know about the basketball standout Gentry yet, but he was impressive as a junior, racking up 2nd team all Mt Hood honors at DB. This accolade was made even more noteworthy with the Bruins struggling as a team at 2-7, and yet he received that type of recognition. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1703398' first='Malakai' last='Fong'] 6-0 225 RB David Douglas </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Fong is a big bruising back who can run. The Scots went 2-7 last season with the junior RB being a huge bright spot for the program. He was a 2nd team all-league selection, finishing with 1,105 rushing yards and 9 TD's on 146 carries. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2088807' first='Bodhi' last='Barnes'] 6-4 180 QB Reynolds</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Most aren't aware of the big QB, but they should be. Reynolds was a deceptive 1-8 losing to Clack and Barlow by a combined 8 points. He passed for 1,795 yards and 17 TDs/14 INTs, racking up 3rd team all Mt Hood honors. A super impressive feat considering the situation. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2078807' first='Evan' last='Fero'] 6-2 220 OL Barlow</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>One of the top O lineman in Oregon for the 2027 class, just undersized for the position. Fero's 1st team all-conference honors were made even more impressive with the Bruins struggling in the Mt Hood last year. He is fundamentally sound and they will need another huge season from him if they are going to compete. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2054809' first='Lincoln' last='Schmidt'] 6-0 180 DB Glencoe</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Schmidt had a breakout junior year earning 1st team all-Pacific honors with 3 INTs. The Crimson Tide were one of NW's surprise programs finishing the year 8-2 and losing to a solid Lakeridge program 35-21 in the playoffs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1119903' first='Bryson' last='Walker'] 5-6 165 ATH Cascade Christian</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Walker went off last season while helping his team to another 3A state title. He was a 1st team all-state selection on both sides of the football being named the Defensive POY within the conference. His 30 TD's and 1500 total yards on O speak to his overall versatility. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='936965' first='Kasen' last='Saffer'] 5-10 180 LB Oregon City </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Quietly one of the top defenders in the TRL last season. Saffer had 48 tackles, 8 TFL's, and 2 TD's offensively for an OC team that went 4-6 in a brutally tough conference. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1601599' first='Hayden' last='Toay'] 6-2 300 DT/NG North Salem</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>I could see Toay making a nice jump up the rankings board. He was consistent all year moving well for a big man and plugging up in the interior on D. He finished with 44.5 tackles, 12.5 TFL's, and 23 pressures. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1591742' first='Jamie' last='Buell Jr.'] 6-0 175 DB/RB Roosevelt</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Buell is just a tough kid who could be in the conversation for conference POY honors on D next season. He was a clutch asset for a Roughriders program that won the PIL title, garnering 2nd team all-league accolades at DB and Running Back. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1894427' first='Toby' last='Carrick'] 6-3 200 ATH/FS Wells</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>I would consider Carrick one of the more underrated athletes for his class right now. He has great size for an individual in the secondary finishing his junior year with 49 tackles and 3 PBUs. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1550141' first='Conner' last='Harvey'] 5-7 185 RB Marist</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>The undersized scat back has been one of the top players in Oregon at the 4A level since his sophomore season. He is a 2x 1st team all league selection with 36 career TD's. Look for Harvey to help his guys get back to that state championship form from a few years ago. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2054700' first='Ethan' last='Tatum'] 6-3 285 OL West Salem</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Tatum returns after a phenomenal 1st team all-league and all-state season for the Titans. They will lose key guys at the skill positions in [player_tooltip player_id='769995' first='Evan' last='Wusstig'] and [player_tooltip player_id='914281' first='Koen' last='Campos'] so his importance can't be understated. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1359060' first='Nesta' last='Nelson'] 6-0 170 WR/QB Lakeridge</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Once again, the Pacers graduate 30+ athletes from this past season, which will leave plenty of opportunity for the very versatile Nelson. He has the potential to be a guy. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='1591724' first='Max' last='Knapp'] 6-1 260 OL Sprague </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Knapp is an undersized lineman, but from a pure talent standpoint one of the best in Oregon. The all-league guard was deserving of his Les Schwab Bowl selection and a potential 1st or 2nd team all-state guy next year. </p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>[player_tooltip player_id='937182' first='Arrelious' last='Peterson'] 6-0 190 WR/S Tigard</p>
<!-- /wp:paragraph -->
<!-- wp:paragraph -->
<p>Even with Tigard going through tough times as a program they still have guys. Peterson could be one of the TRL's breakout performers next season especially with top QB Arik Dimas </p>
