New Talented OL Additions (2028 Rankings Update)

He explodes off the line, plays with terrific leverage, and has the strength, power, and agility to take defensive linemen off the line and several yards upfield.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>On top of that, Bailey has the athleticism and bend to provide great pass protection. He has great lateral quickness, fast hands, and a strong base that can't be moved. He opens up so much of their run game, pancaking defenders at the line of scrimmage and in the open field to create huge rushing lanes for his teammates to capitalize on.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Davidson is just as valuable on passing downs. At 6'4 280, he has the size and strength to physically dominate nearly everyone who lines up across from him, consistently creating wide rushing lanes for his teammates and pancaking defenders into the dirt every snap. West is just as good in pass protection- he's quick on his feet, can counter rush moves, and is an anchor on the outside who doesn't allow for any pressure or sacks on his QB.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>What stood out to me most when watching West's tape was seeing how much effort he puts in- he's a guy who takes pride in dominating the trenches and blocks through the whistle every single snap.</em>"</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I'm really looking forward to seeing more from West over the next two years. At 6'2 270, he explodes off the line, plays with great leverage, and is a tough matchup in pass protection, helping provide his quarterback with plenty of time to work with.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I'm seriously impressed with McClellan's pass protection. He's quick on his feet, has great hand placement, and a strong base that makes him unmovable.
