While I didn't get a ton of chances to see Austin's performance at Who's Next, from what I've heard from the other scouts that kept tabs on the QBs, he put on a clinic. Austin has matured and developed at a considerable rate over these past few years. From the first time I saw him to who he has become today, he has not only taken on the physical development of a high school QB, but has also fine tuned his game and technique to truly separate himself from the rest of the class.

If you've seen Austin's tapes, you know how comfortable he is in the pocket and how he really has the ability to place the ball wherever you need it on the field. With the proper touch and right speed behind the ball, Austin can layer the ball in and pick apart a defense all across the field. I don't know many other QBs putting in as much work as Austin is, and it will all pay off once he steps onto the field for DePaul.

A future Delbarton Green Wave, Mason is bringing to Morristown a bona fide stud on both sides of the ball. Looking to bounce back after an injury, Mason has been committed to his offseason work, ready to return not only back to the level he was at previously, but surpassing it by leaps and bounds. I've had the chance to see Mason in the past at Next events, and it's safe to say he is one of the best DBs in NJ's 2030 class. Last spring, all of the DBs balled out. Being the top position class of the NJ Next event, it was hard to not notice Mason putting on a show. He plays instinctively with a real in depth knowledge of the position, and has the physical skills to move smoothly between transitions and keep up with the quickest of receivers. Standing at 6 feet already, Mason is trending into the Kyle Hamilton type safety. One that can roam sideline to sideline and never be out of position. Always perfecting his craft, Mason's footwork and quickness is on full display in his off season training.

I was blown away with what I saw from [player_tooltip player_id='1393709' first='Rahmeer' last='Pitts'] last fall at the Jersey Shore AYF 14u tryouts. Rahmeer was one of the most athletic overall players at the tryout, and really set himself apart once he started slinging the rock. Rahmeer is dangerous with the ball in his hands, always having the ability to make a play when it looks like there's nothing there. Rahmeer's accuracy has already been recognized in previous articles, but what I am really impressed with is his attention to move around in the pocket. Rahmeer moves with fluidity all the while keeping his eyes downfield.

Rahmeer is still a little on the leaner side, but it looks like he added a few inches to his height, making it easier for him to see the field in front of him when standing in the pocket. However, I am not concerned at all about his size anyways. Rahmeer is a true difference maker, and will be making waves in the state of New Jersey for years to come.

Josiah is a young, 2031 QB I keep coming back to, and for good reason. He put up stellar performances one after the other in the 2025 season, setting himself up for a big year this up coming fall.

Breaking down his NJ Dreamchasers film, Josiah once again shows there are few weaknesses in his game. He does an exceptional job evaluating the field and seeing opportunities in front of him, delivering the ball with the right touch or zip, depending on how he has to sneak it in. Multiple times he showed great ball placement, hitting his man in stride or throwing it high for only his man to reach. With more 7 on 7s on the calendar this spring, I'm looking forward to see Josiah and the NJ Dreamchasers live.
