High-Upside Hoosier State 2028s Get Rankings Boost

At 6-foot-3, 180 pounds, he has a frame coveted by college coaches. Fly can really fly: he is a legitimate home-run threat with the ball in his hands as a receiver as well as a defensive back on interceptions; he can take the ball to the house and flashes good top-end speed. 7-on-7 clips show a strong-handed wideout and good route runner who can create separation. Thomas is a strong safety with a nose for the ball and good open-field tackler in space. He also flashes tremendous effort when chasing down RBs and receivers who get past the second level.
