On Monday the 2026 Elite Football combine was held on Monday and I got a look at some of the up and coming football players in the area and region who attended. Here is a look at some of the Class of 2030 offensive standout names to remember.

Thomas Pagan I WR I 5'10" 140 I Summit
- The top overall combine had the top 40 time, 5-10-5 shuttle, broad jump and second best vertical jump. TJ is a super quick receiver with speed, hands and is already a skilled route runner who is a tough match up for young DBs,

Preston Edwards I WR I 5'11" 170 I De Smet
- Another very talented young receiver who is advanced both physically and as a player for his age. Was impressive in testing and one on ones. Headed to one of the top high school programs in St. Louis.

Nathan Francis I TE I 6'3" 180 I Washington
- An athletic and physically developed young TE with some very good upside. Tested very well in every category. Has the frame to add size and is still growing. Showed good hands and skills.

[player_tooltip player_id='2083535' first='Maddox' last='Jennings'] I QB I 6'3.5" 185 I Holt
- Young QB with great size and a strong arm who showed good accuracy and touch on his throws. Looks like a junior in high school and has some nice skills already. A name to watch the next four years as he continues to develop.

[player_tooltip player_id='1077526' first='AlexzanDro' last='Vaughan'] I QB/ATH I 6'2" 203 I Undecided
- AJ made it in over from Columbia for the second year in a row and it was great to see his continued development as a player and growth physically. He's bigger, stronger and his skills continue to improve. Can play multiple positions and looked like the most versatile prospect at the combine.

Tyler Swier I WR I 6'1" 149 I Francis Howell
- Caught my attention during testing in multiple events. Great height already with good speed and power. Had the top vertical jump of 28.1" of the combine. Runs well and showed good hands. One to watch in high school.

[player_tooltip player_id='2132541' first='Roman' last='Aubuchon'] I QB I 6'0" 177 I Bryan Middle
- Athletic young left-handed quarterback with good size who runs well, showed good power and strength, and had a good showing during all his testing on the day. Can spin the ball well and has a strong arm and nice placement.

Carter Garrett I QB I 5'10" 140 I St. Clair
- Another impressive quarterback in the 2030 class who caught my attention was the very skilled Garrett. You can tell he has spent some quality time training his skills. The ball jumps off his hand and he displays good mechanics and footwork.
