For his size, he's a very good athlete and clearly respected by his teammates. Watching him work in space with the DoughBoyz showed his conditioning and mobility, but on Friday nights he's a powerful interior presence. Bland stacked successful reps in both 7v7 and 1-on-1s, showing confidence and natural ball skills. He plays the position with awareness, made multiple plays on the ball, and flashed high football IQ.
