Florida has long been a hotbed of high school football talent. Annually, Florida produces some of the nation's top prospects. Florida athletes are known for their speed, agility, and raw athleticism. These prospects have made names for themselves and have caught the attention of coaches and scouts at the collegiate level. With the 2025 season over, we're looking for players whose stock is rising in the state.

These players are all talented and have college-level abilities. Some of these players have a few offers, but all of them have the ability to play college football at some level.

There are some big-time, highly rated prospects and several sleeper prospects who should all be getting looks for the next level. This list is full of stud prospects.

Prep Redzone Florida will always support every player on their journey to playing college football.

[player_tooltip player_id='896290' first='George' last='Harris'] – S, True North Classical Academy
Height/Weight: 6'0”, 185 lbs
Season Stats: 97 tackles, 9 interceptions, 13 passes defensed (13 GP)

Scouting Report: Harris is a rangy safety with excellent ball skills and instincts. He reads the quarterback well, anticipates routes, and shows the ability to make plays both in coverage and near the line of scrimmage. His tackling is clean and disciplined, with strong leverage in run support.

Analysis: Harris projects as a high-level coverage safety who can impact multiple areas of the defense. His instincts and ball-hawking ability stand out, and adding elite top-end speed or aggressive range could elevate him to a true playmaker at the next level.

Alexander Lee – WR/CB, Impact Christian Academy
Height/Weight: 5'11”, 170 lbs
Season Stats: 28 tackles, 7 interceptions (12 GP)

Scouting Report: Lee is a versatile athlete who excels both as a defensive back and a receiver. On defense, he has quick reaction time, strong ball skills, and anticipates the quarterback's eyes. His agility allows him to mirror receivers effectively in man coverage.

Analysis: Lee projects as a multi-position contributor with upside in both secondary coverage and slot/receiver work. Adding functional strength and refining transition speed will enhance his playmaking, but his instincts and hands are already a notable asset.

Craighan Mitchell – CB/WR, Southwest Florida Christian
Height/Weight: 5'8”, 150 lbs
Season Stats: 17 tackles, 6 interceptions (11 GP)

Scouting Report: Mitchell is a quick, shifty corner with a nose for the football. His agility and anticipation allow him to make plays on the ball, and he's capable of creating turnovers. He can contribute in the slot or as a perimeter defender due to his speed and change-of-direction ability.

Analysis: Mitchell projects as a playmaker in the secondary with solid coverage skills. Improving strength and tackling consistency will make him more complete, but his instincts and ball skills already make him a high-upside prospect.

Jaden Bolton – CB/WR, Orlando Christian Prep
Height/Weight: 5'8”, 160 lbs
Season Stats: 22 tackles, 4 interceptions, 6 passes defensed (10 GP)

Scouting Report: Bolton is a disciplined, aggressive corner with good anticipation in coverage. He plays with a physical edge despite his size and shows awareness of route combinations. His speed and agility allow him to recover quickly when beaten initially.

Analysis: Bolton projects as a dependable coverage corner capable of handling slot or perimeter duties. Strength and top-end speed development could enhance his upside, but his football IQ and ball skills already make him a versatile defensive asset.

George Diaz – S, Archbishop Carroll High
Height/Weight: 6'2”, 195 lbs
Season Stats: 42 tackles, 4 interceptions (11 GP); 4.5 40-yd dash

Scouting Report: Diaz is a physical, rangy safety with excellent athleticism and coverage ability. He combines length with speed, making him a difficult target in deep coverage. He is reliable near the line of scrimmage and aggressive in run support.

Analysis: Diaz projects as a versatile safety with upside in both man and zone schemes. His length, speed, and ball skills give him high-level playmaking potential, and continued refinement in reading offensive schemes will further his impact.

[player_tooltip player_id='1620529' first='Noah' last='Flores'] – RB/SS, Melbourne Central Catholic
Height/Weight: 5'7”, 165 lbs
Season Stats: 73 tackles, 4 interceptions, 5 passes defensed (11 GP)
Awards: Class 1A District 12 Player of the Year; FACA All-District 12 1st Team Offense

Scouting Report: Flores is a dynamic two-way player with quickness, vision, and playmaking ability. As a safety, he anticipates plays and can cover sideline-to-sideline. As a running back, he demonstrates burst and elusiveness.

Analysis: Flores projects as a versatile athlete capable of impacting multiple facets of the game. His instincts and athleticism are standout traits, and continued strength and speed development will enhance his overall upside.

Henry Richardson – WR/FS, Maclay High
Height/Weight: 6'3”, 195 lbs
Season Stats: 34 tackles, 4 interceptions, 9 passes defensed (12 GP)

Scouting Report: Richardson is a long, athletic safety with excellent range and ball skills. He can track passes over the top and provides physicality in run support. As a receiver, he shows reliable hands and the ability to create separation using size and athleticism.

Analysis: Richardson projects as a high-upside safety with playmaking potential in coverage. His size and athleticism allow him to influence the game in multiple ways, and continued refinement of technique will make him a complete defensive weapon.
