Lach is easily one of the top backs based off his frame. He has an exceptional build standing at 5'11" 200-Pounds. He has versatility, and given his size can play on both sides of the ball for Farmingdale.

Lach displays excellent footwork, and exceptional elusive abilities. He sees the field well, and I like his ability to get down hill quickly. He has solid speed, and displays fluid hips through runs. His vision through the line is solid, and he can find holes across the line with ease. His strength is on full display as well, and is easily one his best features.

Lach is easily an early candidate for the top NY back in 2029, and with him likely playing on Varsity next season, I am curious how he will stack up at the next level.

New up we head to Rochester. East has a loaded 2029 class with three guys ranked. First is Legacy Taylor. Taylor stands at 5'10" 176-Pounds, giving him versatile build with the ability to play at both RB, and WR for this East Squad.

He is easily one of the quickest Athletes in the State, and is quick to reach the second level. He can run through gaps in an instant, and is impossible to keep up with. His biggest strength is speed, as he blows through defenders. He can line up as a WR as well, where he shows good footwork, along with route running ability. He is a true Swiss army knife for any team.

I want to see his physically and strength more throughout High School, but when he runs past everyone, it is useless. Taylor is one of the top Backs upcoming, and I expect big things from him.

Velez is well on the smaller side compared to an average back, and stands at 5'6" 138-Pounds. Hailing from Clarkstown South, he will likely have a major impact in their run first offense. Velez should look to gain weight too fill out his frame, and I want to see him at the 170-Pound mark.

I saw him a little bit this season, while attending games and practices for multiple Section 1 Teams, and he displayed good footwork and vision. I want to see him attack the LOS better, and reach the second level with more physicality.

Section One continues to develop RB's each season that break out for huge gains. Velez could easily be the next back in line and have a major impact for Clarkstown South.
