I am proud to announce that I have joined Coach Mac, Coach Tuck, and Coach Ed on the After the Snap Podcast brought to you by Sage Media Solutions. Each week, I will join the squad during their Watch List Segment, to discuss a few players across the State of New York who deserve some love, along with written evaluations. In the first episode, we broke down the film of ATH [player_tooltip player_id='2133658' first='Isaiah' last='Smith'], and OL [player_tooltip player_id='2133659' first='Jonathan' last='David']. In today's article, we look at [player_tooltip player_id='939552' first='Madden' last='Martinez'], [player_tooltip player_id='1649530' first='Mikey' last='Russo'], and Braydon Dems.

First in the 4th edition of the Watch List was Holy Cross QB, [player_tooltip player_id='939552' first='Madden' last='Martinez']. Martinez is a name that has risen in rankings recently, and is fresh off a top performer day at the PA Classic this past weekend. Measuring in at 6'0" 185-Pounds, he displays a good frame for the QB Position.

As a Prospect, Madden displays a High IQ, paired with good vision. He can see plays develop, and keeps his eyes downfield looking for the open target. Martinez throws a quick strike, that is seen with a strong arm and good accuracy. He makes the right read with his throws, and has the ability to throw his playmakers open, and land the ball with good placement.

Next up is Lindenhurst QB [player_tooltip player_id='1649530' first='Mikey' last='Russo']. The 6'1" 165-Pound prospect, has a slimmer frame, making him undersized for the position, but Russo plays both ways, and also impresses as a DB with his team.

Russo is a name who saw his rankings rise as well, and it is safe to say downstate NY has some talented QB Play. As a prospect, Russo has an incredibly strong arm which is seen as he crosses the field with his throws, and can launch the ball with ease downfield. With a strong arm on tape, Russo showcases good accuracy and ball placement. The Long Island QB, is a quick prospect, and showcases good vision and a High IQ, allowing him to escape the pocket, and create big time plays with his legs.

Braydon Dems rounds out the QB edition of the Watch List. For the first time we decided to show some love to the upstate prospects. Dems is another QB I saw at the PA Classic, with Syracuse Elite. Standing at 6'2" 180-Pounds, Dems has a good frame for the QB Position.

Dems had some impressive tape on display on the Podcast. The Cicero-North Syracuse Prospect, displayed some quick footwork, and good pocket presence. His IQ, was on display as he navigated the pocket, and used his legs to run through defenders to create big gains. His arm was equally as impressive, as the Syracuse QB threw quick strikes with good accuracy throughout his tape. His ball placement was elite as well, as he threw players open, and placed the ball in perfect spots to allow his players to make the catch.
