Here' are a few of the names and topics they disccused:

- Willamette linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='791149' first='Kawai' last='Chamberlin'] has a collection of regional offers, but is beginning to look the part of a national recruit. The next six months or so will be crucial for him, but with a strong camp circuit he could emerge as a bluechip prospect. He's heading in the right direction - and fast.

- Nelson wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='937176' first='Malachi' last='Garlington'] was arguably the state's biggest breakout player this fall, going from intriguing young star to bonafide top recruit.

The 6-foot-3, 180-pound pass-catcher is a top-three 2027 Oregon prospect and recently added an offer from the Oregon State Beavers.

More offers should be on the way.

- Lake Oswego defensive end [player_tooltip player_id='1246545' first='Josh' last='Christensen'] was largely an unknown outside of the Lakers' football program until last year's Northwest Showcase, where he won an overall MVP award.

That performance, coupled with a monster junior campaign, has seen his stock skyrocket.

He holds offers from Boise State, Northwestern, Oregon State, Washington State and many others, but seems to be adding a new offer every day.

Christensen's stock has never been hotter - and he is rising.

- Banks hasn't produced a ton of Division I talent, but class of 2027 offensive lineman Cade Wilson is one of the hottest prospects in the state.

The 6-foot-4, 295-pound interior offensive lineman picked up an offer from Idaho - with new Pac-12 schools sniffing around.

He's undoubtedly a player to watch.

- West Linn shouldn't miss a beat with new head coach Anthony Newman at the helm, but there's another school people should be keeping an eye on, according to Johnson.

Tualatin has a loaded young nucleus, and is already led by class of 2028 athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1609595' first='Iden' last='Rule'], who may be the best pound-for-pound player in the state.

- The Stock Up Showcase roster is mostly complete, and already a few players will be tabbed as guys we want to keep a close eye on.

Central Catholic two-way lineman [player_tooltip player_id='1654734' first='PJ' last='Tautu'] is the top player in Oregon in the class of 2028 and picked up an offer from Washington State on Friday.

He already holds an offer from Oregon State, and could end up being a bluechip prospect and he grows and develops.

There are a few dozen PRZ is eager to see in person, but Lakeridge athlete [player_tooltip player_id='845242' first='Sean' last='Bour-Nelson'], Dallas athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1878396' first='Aidan' last='Galusha'], Glencoe quarterback [player_tooltip player_id='1611487' first='Nolan' last='Wolfe'] and class of 2029 athlete [player_tooltip player_id='1509111' first='Jagger' last='Salazar'] were plays Johnson highlighted as potential risers.
