He is committed to Oregon St as a preferred walk on and will likely be an early contributor for the program.

27.[player_tooltip player_id='769921' first='Silas' last='Reynolds'] 6-3 195 ATH West Linn

UPDATED: If Reynolds can stay healthy he has the size and speed to play at the highest level. He was a 1st team all TRL selection at OLB and could be a steal for some program.

The 2x all TRL OLB is an intriguing prospect with an unlimited ceiling. We haven't really seen him on the camp circuit, but the potential is there for him to be a major recruit. Reynolds has D1 speed so this next year will be extremely interesting for him at WR as well.

28.[player_tooltip player_id='1560662' first='Rocco' last='De La Rosa'] 6-2 190 ATH/DB Philomath (COMMITTED: Oregon St "walk on")

UPDATED: The numbers speak for themselves. De La Rosa once again put up a ridiculous stat line finishing the year with 1,062 rushing & receiving yards to go with 21 total TD's. He also had 6 INTs defensively. The Beavers should be stoked about this one, especially as a preferred walk on.

It's not easy to get recruited playing small school Oregon football so you have to give it up to De La Rosa with the early offer from Air Force. He is a legit two-way threat, being equally dangerous on both sides of the ball. His 1000+ all-purpose yards and 16 TDs, to go with 4 INTs, is tough to beat.

29.[player_tooltip player_id='1403779' first='Charlie' last='Dexter'] 6-5 220 TE/DE Churchill OFFERS (1) Portland St

UPDATED: The 2x 1st team all conference TE/DE more than proved himself this past season, helping Churchill to the 5A state semi's. He finished the year with 5 sacks and 15 TFL's defensively while catching 24 passes for 371 yards and 5 TD's on O.

Definitely a kid to keep an eye on this season. The 6-5 standout earned honorable mention all-state honors on both sides of the football last year projecting as more of a TE. That said as his 43 tackles, 6 sacks, and 15 TFL's were one of the most impressive stat lines in the state.

30.[player_tooltip player_id='1660153' first='Abraham' last='Zhyryada'] 6-5 310 DL Nelson

UPDATED: The 1st team all Mt Hood DL recently received a preferred walk on opportunity at Oregon. You will likely see him add multiple FCS/Mid Major offers in the coming weeks. Zhyryada has elite D1 size and legit film.

31.[player_tooltip player_id='770047' first='John' last='Ching'] 6-5 220 DE Jesuit (COMMITTED: San Diego)

UPDATED: The 6-5 DE did a good job offensively earning 1st team all Metro honors on the O line. He can play on either side of the ball and made a good decision committing to USD early.

The 2nd team all-Metro DE from last year has a ridiculous ceiling with his size and overall intangibles. Much like his teammate Wicklow the 6-5 frame will have him listed on multiple D1 recruiting boards as we head into the season.

32.[player_tooltip player_id='1544468' first='EJ' last='Cozart'] 5-9 155 ATH Jefferson

UPDATED: You can't teach speed and Cozart has a lot of it. He was a 1st team all PIL selection on both sides of the football finishing with 6 TDs and 2 INTs.

Cozart has had an unreal offseason after leading the state in receiving yards last season. He won the fastest man award at the UW camp with a 4.42 40-yard dash and then proceeded to win the 6A state championship in the long jump. His versatility and elite speed help him make a significant jump up the rankings board.

33.[player_tooltip player_id='402418' first='Marcus' last='Post'] 6-0 190 DB Lakeridge

UPDATED: Post was the only Safety in the TRL to earn unanimous 1st team honors this past season. He finished the year with 54 tackles, 4 TFL's, and 2 INT's. He will go down as one of the top overall athletes ever to play at Lakeridge.

Post will be a 4-year starter and returns after having one of the best off-season's of any player in the region. He earned 1st team DB and 2nd team WR accolades last year. From a projection standpoint it will come down to what he can do on film to justify some of the FCS schools offering.

34.[player_tooltip player_id='1169947' first='Hudson' last='Gasperson'] 6-1 180 CB Lake Oswego (COMMITTED: San Diego)

UPDATED: I could see Gasperson doing big things at San Diego and being one of the best players in the conference by his sophomore season. He's a 1st team all state DB that somehow got 2nd team all TRL honors.

This kid was super impressive all off season as part of Team Alpha on the 7v7 circuit. His 42 tackles, 4 INTs, and 15 PBU's helped him earn 2nd team all TRL and honorable mention all-state accolades as a junior. The offer from San Diego speaks to his potential at the D1 level.

35.[player_tooltip player_id='1234459' first='Matthew' last='Hinkle'] 6-2 225 OLB Cascade OFFERS (1) Portland St

UPDATED: The Tri-Valley Defensive POY was a big reason Cascade dominated everyone at the 4A level, winning the state title. His Coach Mark Walsh is one of the best in the business and can speak to his upside.

Another one of the fastest risers in the region. Credit to PSU on being the first to offer as numerous other Big Sky's will likely follow. Hinkle earned 1st team all-state D line honors as a junior with Cascade expected to compete for a 4A state title this season.

36.[player_tooltip player_id='402412' first='Joe' last='Weiler'] 6-6 270 T Lakeridge OFFERS (2) Air Force, San Diego

UPDATED: Weiler has the size and recently landed a prefererd walk on from Washington St. He was an honorable mention all conference pick for the 3rd year in row. There is work to be done, but the potential is there.

The big man returns as a 2x honorable mention all TRL O lineman, landing his first D1 offer from Air Force a few months back. From a recruitment standpoint a lot will depend on the film he can put together against the state's top competition this season.

37.[player_tooltip player_id='1110964' first='Cole' last='Newton'] 6-4 225 TE Tualatin

UPDATED: Newton had a decent year earning honorable mention all TRL accolades at TE. Depending on where he ends up he could excel collegiately.

I've had Newton ranked a D1 guy for a while now and he helped solidify that at the NW Showcase, racking up MVP TE honors. He had an impressive stat line last season with 25 receptions and 7 TDs.

38.[player_tooltip player_id='1341235' first='Jaxon' last='Barber'] 6-3 300 G Lakeridge

UPDATE: Barber got hurt and was limited to 5 games but I would bet a lot he does well at the next level. I could see him being a Big Sky starter somewhere on the interior.

Barber is built like a house and will be listed among the top interior O line guys in the NW. He makes the transfer from Lincoln to Lakeridge after earning 2nd team all-PIL honors last season. He's recently landed offers from Western Oregon and Central Washington and will be on multiple FCS recruiting boards.

39.[player_tooltip player_id='769991' first='Yahkyll' last='Noil'] 6-2 225 LB Lakeridge OFFERS (1) Portland St

UPDATE: The last name carries weight as Yahkyll could do well at the next level. He was a 2nd team all TRL selection on the D line, recording 23 tackles with 2 TFL's.

Noil is another athlete with D1 genes who has had a big offseason garnering his first offer from PSU. He played early in his career for the Pacers and has dealt with some injuries. He will have a lot of eyes on him every week during the season with Lakeridge featuring numerous D1 projected athletes.

40.[player_tooltip player_id='284120' first='Drew' last='Weiler'] 6-4 210 QB Lakeridge

UPDATE: Weiler had a solid career at Lakeridge throwing for over 4000 yards and 37 TD's. The Pacers were unfortunately never able to get over the hump and win in the playoffs.

Weiler killed it as part of EForce on the 7v7 circuit this off season, after hitting on 70% of his passes with 21 TD's/4 INTs in 2024. The 2nd team all TRL returner was called a D1 kid by former Washington St standout and NFL vet Alex Brink.

41.[player_tooltip player_id='1112405' first='Kilian' last='Eddleman'] 6-1 220 LB Lakeridge

UPDATE: Eddleman had a phenomenal career at Lakeridge, finishing with 188 tackles, 17 sacks, and 51 TFL's. He was a 2x time 1st team all TRL and all state LB and much like his brother will do well collegiately. He's somewhat of an under the radar guy considering all of his accolades.

Hands down one of the top LB's in Oregon. Much like his brother Treyson who committed to D2 Central Washington he is on the bubble from a D1 standpoint. You can't argue with numbers or accolades, earning 1st team all TRL and 2nd team all-state honors after making 62 tackles, with 11 TFL's, and 15 hurries last season.

42.[player_tooltip player_id='402422' first='Rowen' last='Lewis'] 6-2 220 LB Lake Oswego

UPDATE: Lewis had a solid performance in the state title game, finishing with 8 tackles and a forced fumble. I would consider him one of the most underrated kids in the state and a big time get for somebody at the next level.

Lewis made a big jump on the list after a breakout 7v7 season as part of Team Alpha. He earned honorable mention all-conference LB honors last year and has the potential of being pursued by many of the Ivy League schools.

43.[player_tooltip player_id='402427' first='Tyson' last='Davis'] 6-1 200 RB Central Catholic

UPDATE: The dual threat athlete had a great year defensively racking up 1st team all TRL honors at LB, while also scoring 6 TDs on O. He's a sleeper at the next level and could end up an FCS guy.

Give Davis a lot of credit as he carried the load for the Rams with [player_tooltip player_id='402415' first='Killian' last='Sombe'] going down for the year. You can't argue with the numbers as he went for 1,160 yards and 15 TDs in 9 games. His brother Zachary Davis committed to D1 Georgia St after last season.

44.[player_tooltip player_id='1569372' first='Aiden' last='Lewey'] 6-3 260 G Willamette OFFERS (1) Portland St

UPDATE: Lewey was a 2nd team all conference pick at tackle, while projecting on the interior and helping Willamette reach the state quarterfinals. He received the early D1 offer from PSU with his future level of play yet to be determined.

Lewey was a 1st team all-conference selection at Sheldon as a junior. He has had one of the best-off seasons of any lineman in the NW, landing his first offer from PSU. Like many others he is making the move to Willamette.

45.[player_tooltip player_id='1112475' first='Cole' last='Wilson'] 6-4 245 DE Banks OFFERS (1) Portland St

UPDATE: Wilson has great size and speed coming off the edge, finishing with 6.5 sacks, 59 tackles, and 21 hurries. The biggest variable when watching the film is competition with the program playing 3A ball.

46.[player_tooltip player_id='777410' first='Roman' last='Mallard'] 6-0 185 ATH/DB Jesuit

UPDATE: The 1st team all Metro DB had a nice senior season, being a key member of a defense who won another conference title. He finished with 48 tackles, 2 INTs, and 8 PBU's.

I could see Mallard having a Metro League Defensive POY type season and being even better in college. You can't teach the NFL/D1 genes, and the Crusaders are going to be a lot better than people realize.

47.[player_tooltip player_id='914281' first='Koen' last='Campos'] 5-11 190 RB West Salem

UPDATE: One of my favorite players in the state. Campos went for another 2000+ yards and 21 TD's, averaging 9 yards per touch this past season. The 2x 1st team all conference back is definitely an under the radar guy from a recruitment standpoint.

Campos won overall MVP honors at the PRZ event during the Winter after going for close to 2000 yards and 22 TDs last year. From a recruitment standpoint a lot will depend on what type of film he can put together as a senior.

48.[player_tooltip player_id='770007' first='Logan' last='Uitto'] 6-1 190 WR Silverton

UPDATE: I could see Uitto landing at a D2 and being one of the best players in the conference. The 2x 1st team all league receiver was instrunmental in helping Silverton win the 5A state title, catching 33 balls for 634 yards and 13 total TDs during the regular season.

49.[player_tooltip player_id='1528941' first='Kellen' last='Elliott'] 6-3 225 DE Summit OFFERS (1) Portland St

The Elliott kids can play. Once again credit PSU for getting on the Central Oregon standout early. He brings a lot to the table as a 4.0 student and could have numerous high end academic universities vying for his services.

50.[player_tooltip player_id='1059015' first='Justin' last='Craigwell'] 5-10 205 RB/LB Lake Oswego

UPDATE: Craigwell was a 1st team all TRL selection at RB while projecting at the LB spot. If we are talking on the top overall players in the state and not just recruiting, he sits towards the top of the list.
