Trailblazers Who Turned Heads At The Stock Up Showcase P1

HT: 5'8 WT: 166 Wingspan: 72” Hand Size: 8.5” 40 YD: 4.58 L-Drill: 7.33 Broad Jump: 9ft 1in Pro Shuttle: 4.38   Meglen has been a consistent performer at our showcases for a while now, and today was no different. He won MVP with [player_tooltip player_id='1816122' first='Antonio' last='Taylor'] and showed out. He was 4th in 40 yard dash time, 25th L-Drill, 13th broad ump, and 22nd pro shuttle. Meglen shined during the individual practices and 1 on 1 drills. He used his quick feet to maintain a very good release and separation quickness. Quick fluid cuts to make defenders miss. Consistently made catches, and showed his very good     HT: 5'8 WT: 145 Wingspan: 70” Hand Size: 8.5” 40 YD: 4.79 L-Drill: 6.75 Broad Jump: 8ft 6in Pro Shuttle: 4.49   Seeger had himself a nice combine. The freshman was 2nd at the event in the L-Drill, 7 in the nation, and 2nd in the class of 2029. Demonstrated very quick bursts of speed and balance during that drill. Very quick feet. Seeger showed his coachability during the individual teaching segment. During the drills, if he got beat or didn't complete a catch, he'd come back and attack and win the rep. Good release with good separation quickness. Good ball tracking with good catching. I believe Seeger will be a talented young piece for Valor in the future!     HT: 6'0 WT: 180 Wingspan: 73” 40 YD: 4.79  L-Drill: 7.53 Broad Jump: 8ft 4in Pro Shuttle: 4.41   [player_tooltip player_id='1581242' first='Colton' last='Whish'] has shown out at a couple of our combines, and continues to impress. He has good athletic ability due to good acceleration, jumping, speed, and change of direction. Whish had a nice day during the 1 on 1 drills. Good release. Good separation due to play strength and fighting through contact. He has good adjusting to the ball in flight and very good body control. He showed off his very good catching and good ball tracking skills. He'd rip the ball out of the air.  Keep an eye on Whish going into the off season !     HT: 6'5 WT: 163.2 Wingspan: 80” Hand Size: 9.5” 40 YD: 5.22 L-Drill: 7.63 Broad Jump: 8ft 6in  Pro Shuttle: 4.77   Rathburn is currently listed as wide receiver, however I believe he would shine in the tight end spot as well ! Rathburn had a great day during the coaching, and receiving portion of the event. He has good acceleration, speed, very good jumping, and change of direction. Good release and first step quickness. Ran smoothly out of his stem into the route, and had good separation quickness.  He's a big body contested catch specialist, who will use his lengthy arms and pluck the ball out of the air. Good after the catch as well. Rathburn is an intriguing prospect, that should get more looks from colleges.     HT: 5'11 WT: 176.6 Wingspan: 74” Hand Size: 8.75 40 YD: 4.63 L-Drill: 7.47 Broad Jump: 9.00 Pro Shuttle: 4.28   Smith Jr had himself a day at the combine. He ranked 7th overall in the 40 time in CO, and 44th nationally. His pro shuttle was 9th in CO, and 40th nationally. Smith Jr has very good athletic ability due to very good acceleration, speed, change of direction, and jumping. Good release, escaping hold up in the press jam. Creates separation due to his athletic ability and out running the DB, or quick cuts to make the DB miss. Very good catching and catch in traffic. Very good adjusting to the ball in flight. Great job by the young wide receiver for Cherokee Trail.
