<p>As we are now officially in the off-season across the state of Florida, it gives us an opportunity to reflect and promote the prospects who made an impact.</p>

<p>Whether they have finished their high school career or waiting to get started next season, it's time to shine the spotlight on some impressive talent – many you may have missed.</p>

<p>This being such a large state and exposing every football player is never easy – the months after the end of this 2025 season will help to give many players the chance that they may have not gotten in the season just completed.</p>

<p>With the <strong><em>Prep Redzone Florida</em></strong> 2026 senior class final rankings just a few weeks away, giving those who made an impact over the past three to four years their well-deserved share of the recognition.</p>

<p>For those in the 2027, 2028 and 2029 classes, the promotion will continue right through the winter, spring and summer.</p>

<p>Here are 10 players who had impressive year for their respective programs:</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Davion Bryant, DL, 6'1, 250, Bradenton Manatee – 3.7 GPA. </strong>While the Hurricanes got off to a slow start, they did come on toward the end of the year, and this impressive talent made a huge contribution with 50 tackles, (40 solo), six sacks, 15 tackles for loss, 10 plus quarterback pressures and several other plays that sparked this team and helped them into the state playoffs.<strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>2028 – [player_tooltip player_id='1879568' first='Dameicko' last='Gordon'], LB/DE, 6'0, 207, Palm Beach Lakes – 3.9 GPA. </strong>While this team continues to improve and make their way back into the mix, prospects like this certainly represent the future, His 90 total tackles (60 solo), 12 tackles for loss, one interception and 6.5 sacks made this sophomore one to watch this coming off-season.</p>

<p><strong>2026 – [player_tooltip player_id='1558617' first='Chance' last='Humphrey'], QB, 6'2, 185, Pembroke Pines Flanagan – 3.9 GPA. </strong>While he played only one season for the Falcons, this is a prospect who really enhanced his recruiting package with a solid season that included making it to the state playoffs. He even was MVP in the Broward County Athletic Association (BCAA) post season North vs. South contest. He compiled 2,192 yards and 228 rushing yards with 23 touchdowns. Another solid talent that colleges need to check out.</p>

<p><strong>2026 – [player_tooltip player_id='1263588' first='Darryon' last='Jones'], QB, 6'3, 220, Venice – 4.4 GPA. </strong>While he began the season in south Florida at Hollywood Chaminade-Madonna, he found his way to play for the Indians and lifted this program to the state semifinals and another district and region championship. In 11 games, he threw for 2,502 yards and 30 touchdowns. Brings plenty to the table.</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Emmanuel Louis Jr., QB, 6'3, 200, Stuart Martin County – 4.0 GPA. Basketball. </strong>In leading his team to the state playoffs, this gifted athlete made a huge impact this season for the Tigers, Ended the year with 1,394 total yards (1083 Passing Yards and 311 Rushing Yards) for the district champions.</p>

<p><strong>2028 – Gavin Milton, LB/FB/TE, 6'1, 205, Gibsonton East Bay – 4.57 GPA. </strong>No matter where he lined up, this sophomore made a name for himself on a team that ended up 5-5. His 30 total tackles (15 solo) helped the Indians post a 2-1 district record. In addition, he had 12 tackles for loss, 7.5 sacks, 13 QB hurries, and 1 pass break up.</p>

<p><strong>2026 – [player_tooltip player_id='1640501' first='Maliek' last='North'], DE, 6'3, 220, Cantonment Tate – 3.0 GPA. </strong>Leading this team to the finals of the post season FIT Tournament, his 64 tackles, eight sacks, 24 tackles for loss, 21 QB pressures, two forced fumbles, and fumble recovery helped in turning the Aggies around with a 10-4 record.</p>

<p><strong>2028 – [player_tooltip player_id='1841861' first='Blake' last='McCullough'], QB, 6'1, 190, Orlando Bishop Moore – 4.23 GPA. </strong>What a huge season for this impressive sophomore, leading the Hornets to a district and regional title 12-2 season. His 3,477 passing yards and 41 total touchdowns (37 passing) put him in the top three in the state.</p>

<p><strong>2026 – Daunte “D-Train” Wallace, RB, 5'10, 200, Orlando Jones – 3.4 GPA. </strong>In a year where the Tigers advanced to the state title game for the second straight year, his 1,400 yards rushing (7.6 yards per carry) and 21 touchdowns continued to help provide a balance for a passing game that was one of the best in central Florida. In averaging nearly 100 yards per game, he never fumbled this season!</p>

Track & Field. </strong>This impressive junior established himself as one of the top players as he ended the season with 54 catches for 1,006 yards and 10 touchdowns. One of the fastest (4.36 40 and 10.7 100 meters) players in the region. Will be a force in 2026.</p>
