With snow prepared to roll into the Hudson Valley, Athletes from across the North East packed into Hudson Sports Complex to compete, and showcase their skills at the Prep Redzone NY Stock Up Showcase. This was our first edition of the Showcase, which had its own event, after pairing with NJ for multiple years. With 13 Wide Receivers in attendance in Warwick, we take a look at some notes I wrote down for each WR during the showcase. For combine numbers, I will use the best attempt from each drill.

First up for the TE's is [player_tooltip player_id='2080317' first='Sam' last='Brooks']. Brooks had a solid showcase, and the 2027 recruit measured in at 6'1" 195-Pounds. For a TE build, it is undersized, but he can be used as the WR as well. I want to see him gain 10-15 pounds of good weight to help fill out his frame for the next level. Brooks had a solid testing portion, and showed great length with an 8'4" Broad Jump. Moving to Indy, and the 1v1 portion he also had a solid showing. He made multiple nice catches, and showed good footwork. I liked his understanding of a route tree as he ran clean routes throughout the day. I wish I had seen him block, but Brooks is a solid playmaker who will make noise as a Senior.

Bell was a player who impressed me in Warwick, as he measured in at 6'1" 202-Pounds which is a solid build for the TE Position. He has tons of room to grow and fill out his build, and he is well on the right track, as he is just a Freshman. Bell had solid combine numbers, and impressed me mainly with his quickness off the jump. His strength was evident throughout the showcase, as muscles showed to scouts and coaches. I liked his footwork, and his ability to change direction, as he made multiple catches in the 1v1 portion. Bell will be a top TE In NJ, and has a bright future ahead of him.

Kalfas had a solid showing in Warwick. The 2028 TE, showed a burst of speed along with some quickness in his L-Drill, and his Pro Shuttle. There is a discrepancy with his height, but he measured in at 172-Pounds, which shows room to grow. If he wants to stay at the TE position, he should look to gain 20-30 pounds of good weight to fill out his frame. Despite his frame, he moved smoothly, and made clean cuts throughout the afternoon. Kalfas has a future in football, but I am unsure if the TE position is for him. A move to WR, or LB is possible given his frame.

Doran is another solid young prospect who came from FDR High School. The 2028 TE, measured in at 5'11" 162-Pounds. He has an undersized frame at the moment, and I want to see him gain weight over the course of High School, to help fill out his frame. His combine numbers were decent, and he showed a quick burst of speed, and footwork in his L-Drill. Doran knew he would get multiple reps throughout Indy, and 1v1, which meant he did not attack each rep with a high motor. I want to see him play like every play is his last, and attack the field, and opposing LB's. Doran made good catches and showed the ability to create separation. He has some things to improve, but he certainly can find himself at the next level.

Johnstone was extremely impressive in Warwick. His size immediately caught my eye, as he was the first athlete I saw when entering the building. He measured in at 6'5" 263-Pounds, which is an outstanding size for the TE position. I have no notes on his size or frame, as being just a Sophomore, he is already at the ideal numbers. I wish I saw blocking drills, as based on size and muscle I have a feeling he would be good at that aspect. He competed as a DL mainly in Warwick, but has a frame to play multiple positions across the field.

There will not be a TE MVP, as there were only a few TE competing in Warwick. Each TE, made an impression on me, and had reps, or drills, or moments where they impressed me. If I were to do an article, on that, it would be an exact copy of this one. Thank you to the TE's for coming out and showcasing your skills.
