<p>It is not an all-inclusive list, as several teams don't release public stats. I also only included athletes with complete player information, and the cutoff for inclusion in this report was five total interceptions.</p>

<p>Three of the athletes in this report are unranked talents, while one of them is the No. 2-ranked athlete in the entire Kansas Class of 2027.</p>

<p><strong>Taden Gottschalk</strong>, DB, 5'6”, 135, Logan/Palco, ‘27</p>

<p>Gottschalk grabbed five interceptions in eight games played for the Logan/Palco. He has good hands, which were evident on both sides of the ball. He recorded 49 tackles and recovered one fumble. He carried the ball 63 times for 617 yards and 12 touchdowns. He is an unranked talent.</p>

<p><strong>Hays Ensley</strong>, DB, 5'11”, 175, Mulvane, ‘27</p>

<p>Ensley is a versatile athlete who excelled in a variety of roles for the Wildcats during his senior season. He picked off opposing quarterbacks five times in nine games played. He tallied 35 tackles, two tackles of lost yardage, and one quarterback sack. He accumulated over 500 total yards of offense as a runner, receiver, and return man. He also scored six total touchdowns. He is currently unranked by Prep Redzone Kansas.</p>

<p><strong>Brogan Wray</strong>, DB, 5'9”, 155, Haven, '27</p>

<p>Another Wildcat, this one from Haven, finished his senior season with five interceptions. In 10 games played, he collected 59 tackles. On the offensive side of the ball, he threw for 1,397 yards, rushed for 510, and caught 10 balls for 179 yards. He threw for 10 touchdowns, rushed for eight, and made three touchdown receptions.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='933826' first='Cooper' last='Ohnmacht']</strong>, ATH, 6'1”, 180, Great Bend, ‘27</p>

<p>Ohnmacht is ranked No. 2 overall in the Kansas Class of 2027. The Panther prospect had an impact on both sides of the ball for Great Bend. He made 52 receptions on offense to go along with his five interceptions in 12 games played. He gained 755 receiving yards, finding paydirt eight times. He collected 57 tackles for Great Bend. In three seasons, he has recorded 111 total tackles, 95 receptions, and 21 total touchdowns.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1611964' first='Jarek' last='Jankowski']</strong>, ATH, 6'0”, 165, Christ Prep Academy, ‘27</p>

<p>Jankowski rounds out this group of young men with five interceptions. He is ranked No. 188 overall by Prep Redzone Kansas. In 13 games played for the Patriots, he finished with 58 tackles and one fumble recovery. Over three seasons and 30 games played, he has picked off eight pass attempts and has 135 total tackles.</p>
