One of a few 2026s that I had in my notebook that is one of the most under the radar wide receivers still available in the state, is Fargo South's [player_tooltip player_id='2067436' first='Kobe' last='Siemers']. The 11AA All-Stater, was another that caught everything that came his way on all three levels during 1v1s on Sunday night in Fargo and one that boosted the athleticism thru contact on a handful of his catches along with a sizable vertical he put on display. The 5'11 165 pounder, surely played above those measurables and brought a versatile route-tree that was consistently utilized across the board. He finally picked up his first offer last night, and I surely feel he needs more attention ASAP as one that grades out to me as a great fit for the NSIC.

A new name out of Minnesota on my 2027 Outstate radar yesterday in Fargo was [player_tooltip player_id='1657441' first='Zander' last='Opsahl'] out of Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton. He flashed as one of the defensive backs that caught my attention from the jump with his intriguing footwork that showed off fluidity and a quick release out of his brakes to the ball. Another skillset that drew my attention to Zander, was just how locked in he was from a focus perspective on every rep as a 2027 prospect that I felt was great with the attention to detail in the reps I watched and got better from start to finish of the 18U tryout.

One of the most intriguing new names that made a big flash at the Grind 701 Elite tryout last night came from Fargo Shanley 2029 WR/LB Alex Meidinger. He boosted the size profile, the speed, the motor on every rep I watched and showed off as one of the best 2029 prospects I evaluated in Fargo yesterday. I also was impressed with his football IQ for his age, as Alex made just about every catch he could make in 1v1s and displayed great length with his catch radius on those catches as well. Surely a 2029 that was worth the drive to Fargo to watch yesterday that wasn't on my radar, but certainly is now.

Brady is a 2027 prospect that has peaked in the past in my eyes on tape that plays on both sides of the ball for Fargo Davies, and looking at where I had him ranked, that live evaluation surely is going to push his stock way up especially at the wide receiver play that I saw yesterday. The 6'4 175 pounder showed off as you could expect a great catch radius and I thought he was more comfortable using it than I had expected at wide receiver. He's a prospect too that I love the upside he can grow on both sides of the ball as one that has great position flexibility to show off at the next-level. Also just took a gameday visit to NDSU recently, which surely could be a good fit looking ahead as his recruitment.

Shadrach was another wide receiver at the Grind 701 Elite 7v7 tryout that intrgued me on a few occassions with the reps he showed off. One skillset that was for sure, is Shadrach knew how to finish on his routes and got thru some constant high traffic areas to make his catches well-worth watching on Sunday night in Fargo. I second what our Prep Hoops scouts say about Shadrach on the hardwood as it applies to the gridrion too, great athleticism and pure speed amplify his route-running ability to the core.
