Four 2028 Prospects on Santa’s Nice List

Several 2028 prospects all across the state made names for themselves over the past season. As they progress through their high school and eventually college careers, you can expect big things to develop for these four prospects who are on Santa's nice list as Christmas arrives in two days. I love everything about the Class of 2028 prospect's game: he is fast, very explosive and twitchy, takes great angles to the ball and is a great pass rusher with a quick first step. He also has great range and has a high motor. At the next level, he is likely an off-the-ball linebacker. Having seen Montgomery in-person this season, he has immense potential as an offensive lineman. The 6-foot-3, 255-pound prospect has a quick first step and is a ferocious run blocker who plays with physicality. Montgomery can fire forward to the second level, latch onto defenders and drive them off the ball with a mean streak. Hyde is a Class of 2028 recruit with excellent speed and explosiveness. He is a very good pass rusher, shooting through gaps and reaching the quarterback and taking great angles to the ball against the run as well. Hyde hits with force: he can knock back ballcarriers as a run defender and consistently wraps up. Crummey has a big, 6-foot-6, 243-pound frame, yet for his size he can throw with solid rhythm, accuracy and timing on short/intermediate passes. Given his height and frame, he is likely a tight end at the next level.
