[player_tooltip player_id='402549' first='Jarvis' last='Strickland'] continued to establish himself as one of the best players in the state as a senior. He lined up at left tackle where he was very impressive in pass protection. Strickland gets into his pass sets quickly to mirror opposing pass rushers and keeps a strong base, not allowing for easy penetration into the pocket. He has also proven to be reliable as a run blocker, driving his man off the line of scrimmage with ease to create a running lane. Strickland signed with Louisville where I can see him making an early impact when he gets there.

[player_tooltip player_id='1584288' first='Bryten' last='Close'] climbed up our rankings with a strong senior year. He lined up mainly at right tackle but has shown the versatility to play on the left side when necessary. Close is a very dominant run blocker, exploding out of his stance and driving his man down the field with ease. He finishes his blocks through the whistle, often resulting in pancake blocks several yards down the field. In pass protection, he does a great job of maintaining a strong base while absorbing contact. Bryten signed with Louisville where I can see him being a key piece of their offensive line unit.

[player_tooltip player_id='971531' first='Ben' last='Myers'] has been high on our radar for a while now and continued to stand out as a senior. Myers lined up at right tackle where he was very impressive a run blocker. He plays with a ton of physicality, using a strong initial pop with his hands to knock defenders off balance with ease. Myers has also shown the ability to get to the second level with a sense of urgency and pick up blocks in the open field. Ben is also reliable in pass protection, getting into his pass sets quickly while keeping his head on a swivel to constantly find work. Myers signed with Kentucky where I can see him being very successful at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='283977' first='Max' last='Merz'] is another 2026 offensive lineman who continued to impress this season. He has shown the versatility to play both left and right guard where he is at his best as a run blocker. Merz has proven to be very reliable as a puller, getting out in front of the ball carrier to pick up blocks as a lead blocker. He has also shown the ability to run his feet through contact to drive his man down the field with ease. Max signed with Louisville where I can see him developing into a very productive college offensive lineman.

To wrap up our top five offensive linemen in the class of 2026 in the state of Kentucky, I have [player_tooltip player_id='401700' first='David' last='Pellman']. David lines up at center where he has proven to be very reliable in pass protection. He does a great job of fighting with his hands to defeat pass rush moves while maintaining a strong base. Pellman is also very impressive as a run blocker, exploding out of his stance and driving his feet through contact to finish blocks with a sense of urgency. David signed with Eastern Kentucky where I can see him making an immediate impact at the next level.
