The final 2026 class rankings went live last night with over 700 ranked prospects listed. While most of this class our scouts and I have spent many years on, there were a few that made their debut. Here some of the biggest debuts for our final edition:

Loved the way Jason "Ace" Lartey came through this fall for the Westfield Bulldogs. Earning All District and All region honors, Lartey was outstanding. After he almost single handily won their regular season game against Madison this is what I wrote:

Incredible performance by senior linebacker Jason Lartey this past week. Him and the Bulldogs defense saved the day on numerous occasions to finally get by Madison in a thriller. Lartey was on a mission with three takeaways including the game clinching interception on an acrobatic play. He had a fumble return for a score and another pick on the night, really a standout night for the senior

The defensive player of the year for Glenvar [player_tooltip player_id='1894178' first='Rawlin' last='Hanks'] rose nearly into our top 200 after previously being unranked. Love to watch his rise in 2025, Hanks made an impression on me way back in September:

[player_tooltip player_id='1894178' first='Rawlin' last='Hanks'] is a baller, he gets to the football quickly, one of the more technically sound backers I have watched. Glenvar using him in multiple roles and I can see why, he already has 2 interceptions this year. He is rangy, fluid and fast to the ball, [player_tooltip player_id='1894178' first='Rawlin' last='Hanks'] passes the eye test and then some. Poised to have well over 100 tackles, Hanks has 7 TFLS in three games.

I had spent a lot of time talking about Centreville's explosive offense much of this season and that didn't serve their defense right. [player_tooltip player_id='1727214' first='Pierce' last='Robinson'] was the Wildcats leader and he made a number of clutch plays to help claim a Region title. Robinson is excellent safety/defensive back who has committed to play for Cortland next fall. He is just north of 6 feet even and has tremendous speed and strength that will translate well at the next level.

Big fan of [player_tooltip player_id='1906771' first='Brayden' last='Black']'s game was able to see him back in the regular season plowing over defenders for W&L. The bruising running back gashed opponents weekly accounting for 17 touchdowns and over 1,200 yards rushing. He is a classic north/south type of back and when you go to tackle him you better wrap up. Averaging over 6 yards per carry in his final season for the Generals, Black would be a dream in Division 3 backfield.

Stone Bridge had a major bounce back campaign this year and a lot of it had to do with the play of their defense. All Region Linebacker [player_tooltip player_id='1698021' first='Neil' last='Bayley'] debuted in our updated class, Bayley had over 100 tackles this fall. Really good speed from sideline to sideline with this young man, surprising to see at least publicly he does not have a ton of interest from colleges. Bayley deserves it and with his sub 4.6 40 and game tape you best believe he can play at the next level.
