6'4, 250 pounds, noted by his HC as a player that should be on my radar, considering his size/age and football experience level. Looking at the timeline of his growth, over the matter of months, Hudl, Twitter, and recent news has McAlpine growing from 6'1-6'2 to now 6'4. McAlpine doesn't have tape up on Hudl quite yet, but as a freshman inside a talented front seven, it's totally understandable. He's a name I'll stash for now, yet I'm likely to do further digging as the months progress. He's a prime example of a player who I want to see up close, even if he does put out freshman tape in the next couple of weeks. I want to learn of his H/W potential, his basketball prowess, what his recruiting ceiling really is. Time will help answer that question. Excited to learn more about McAlpine moving forward. Right now, buying into the FJ off-season development plan and working hard in the classroom and weight room should be the priority.

On my short list of prospects who truly raised their stock this past Fall season. His current ranking already has him down as a fringe D1 prospect as a current junior. After cutting on his most recent tape, seeing the accolades and buzz he created, I'm excited to re-rank him this coming month.

Diving into his tape evaluation. 5'10, 175 pounds currently, a massive upgrade in H/W since my last time updating his profile. Averaged 7 yards a pop over 170 carries, massive production, accounted for 1,400 scrimmage yards while playing both ways (DB). The junior tape is a lengthy one, nearly ten minutes worth of production. Love Gray's production against elite competition, more ammunition for him to sell himself to coaches. Easily one of the best playmakers and accelerators the PA class of 2027 has to offer. I liked Gray as an FCS-potential DB, yet watching him move through defenses out of various tight/wide sets has me thinking he could earn love beyond that level of college football. Patient with the rock, can set up his lanes behind the LOS and hit them hard. Works well in misdirection sets, follows his blocks consistently. Great in the second level, a nightmare for DBs in the secondary to try to angle towards him if Gray gets past the front seven. I would be a bit more dismissive of Gray's RB prowess had he still been closer to 150 pounds. If his 175 holds true, which I have no reason not to, I have no problem taking him seriously as a next-level back. Comfortable in inside or outside slot formations, whether running screens or short/intermediate routes under 8 yards, can be trusted to catch the ball and be a focal point of an offense through the air just as much as the ground. I can't say that for every prospect inside the Top 150. Can score between the tackles, not everything is a bounce outside tackles and a race, he's got toughness in his game to boot. With tape like this, Gray has likely earned Division One consideration from those putting together a 2027 board. Kid has a tangible chip on his shoulder, too. Excited to raise his rank.

Currently no complete freshman tape up on Hudl just yet, but a few single-game cut-ups are readily available. Tough to give a full grade/eval on limited tape, yet I give any freshman the benefit of the doubt. I applaud the fact that he was able to get something worth posting against programs like St. Mary's and Camden Cathlolic, on top of other great PCL programs like Wood, LC, and Ryan.

Primaries as a wideout working the perimeter for Neumann-Goretti. As a freshman, Christmas was held almost exclusively to curl and stop/pop screen routes/sets. Despite the limited route tree, I'm encouraged by the fact that A. the NG coaching staff trusts him to work outside at his age and B. his respectable YAC ability after catching said curl/screens. Like I stated above, I don't have enough to work with to provide a full evaluation, although I'm pleased to see him getting reps up on Hudl. Christmas will move from "ATH" to "WR" on our ranking board moving forward. Good check-in here.

4.0 GPA as a sophomore at LaSalle College HS. Currently listed at 6'5, 315 pounds, eye-popping numbers on a kid who was buried on the depth chart (to my knowledge). An Eagle scout candidate and a young man who won the 2024 NJHS Outstanding Scholar Award. Great accolades to have under his belt at such a young age. Worth noting, Tuller's Hudl has him at 325 pounds, I imagine LaSalle is working to get that number down a bit, it's likely working (down to 315).

LJ Tuller doesn't have much in the form of tape, which is to be expected. Outside of 30 seconds against Calvert Hall, I don't have much to look at in terms of Tuller on the football field. That being said, I can't help but be excited about his potential working through the elite development program LaSalle puts their athletes through. Tuller has massive shoes to fill, this when thinking back on some of the recent names that have developed along both OL and DL units at LaSalle. I don't want to get ahead of myself, this is just a promising name that could turn into a serious name to know in recruiting 1-2 years from now. As someone who covers the PCL and surrounding areas, I have to stay on top of names like Tuller. I'll be sure to mention his name to Power Four schools recruiting the area. Would love to learn more about his potential on the field moving forward.

I came across Rocco Gregory while sifting through Neshaminy's Hudl recently. I don't do a good enough job covering Neshaminy prospects as a whole, so giving this young backer some shine on our site was a no-brainer, on top of him having readily available sophomore tape.

Has a minute-and-a-half worth of reps that look to be from varsity play, which is encouraging. First rep on tape proves he's capable of being an authoritative force as an underclassman, blowing up a crossing route within a yard of the LOS. Brute force and aggression is great, I can find that in several areas with ease, yet the next rep shows a bit of nuance to Gregory's game, a rep that has Gregory recognizing the screen and soloing the RB in an open-field 1v1 situation. A young man who doesn't let kids cross his face without feeling him. A backer who looks most comfortable aligning between the guards as an inside backer, yet he has the motor to chase ball carriers to the sideline and hunt far from his original post. Love this kid's temperament. Takes lead-blockers on in the gap without false steps or hesitation. I'd pick Gregory to be an annual candidate for conference/district accolades moving forward. Excited to get him on our rankings this coming month.
