This watchlist breaks down the rising prospects who are showing next-level size, strength, and upside long before their varsity primes.</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">Standing 6'1”, 280 pounds as a freshman, he's quickly emerged as one of the more physically advanced young linemen in the state, earning an offer from Sacramento State. He's a powerful finisher at the point of attack, generating knockback with strong hands and consistent leg drive. Shows impressive athleticism and foot speed, allowing him to execute a variety of blocks and operate comfortably in space. Can pull, climb, and get out in front on perimeter screens, routinely reaching his landmarks to create positional leverage. A high-upside young lineman with both physicality and movement skills that project well as he develops.</p>      <p class="text-gray-700">Rainey earned his initial college offer from Sacramento State after a strong performance at their camp last summer. At 6'4” 285 lbs. he checks all the boxes in terms of physical skillset, size, and length. Good body control at the contact point with the feet to work laterally and maintain positional leverage. Flashes good hand usage and strength at the POA while staying balanced throughout the play. Uses natural leverage and heavy hands to control blockers and disrupt plays defensively, while bringing the same force and finish as an interior run blocker on offense. Shows good lateral movement for his size and a relentless motor. Shows the ability to climb to the second level with solid footwork and smooth overall movement for his size. His background as a Jiu Jitsu champion shows up in his balance, hand usage, and leverage—adding another layer to his upside as a high-ceiling interior OL prospect.</p>
